"I lived the hot tub! It was clean and well kept."

"The room and bed were great. The property is run down and the grounds are not maintained. Dog poop everywhere so you must stay on the walkway. My biggest issue was that the manager/owner lied about coffee being available and the cowardly way he used his employees to do it. Was traveling cross country and I specifically asked the front desk clerk before checking in. I watched her go speak to Amir, who sent her back to lie to my face. And then he left the morning staff deal with my ire of being lied to. What coward does that? I thought the staff was amazing despite the position they’re put in by their boss. And no, instant Folger’s coffee does not constitute or substitute brewed coffee. Shame on you, Amir. Do better, if not for your customers, at least for your employees!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Plaza Hotel. They were very friendly and accommodating but seemed a little under staffed. It so slow getting drinks, meals,etc. we will definitely stay there again."

"Good place to stay for one night on our way through town. Main is was the extremely thin walls. Our room was near front desk and we could hear full conversations of guests. Staff did their best to tone it down. Late arrivers were noisy door slammers. The stag was excellent and friendly, though."

"The shower walls need to be cleaned better along with the entire shower however, the water is really hot and that is nice. All the towels were stained. I was really surprised by that but the Vet is comfortable and it seemed to be clean. The pillowcases are stained which I understand that happens however it does make you think they weren’t washed even though I do believe it was a stain "

"Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Many choices on the breakfast bar. Ample parking for oversized vehicles."

"Ladie on Pm shift when i arrived changed me two different charges on my debit card. I had prepaid via expedía. Only one of the extra charges got refunded, got an extra charged for the same price of the room that I have already prepaid via expedía. At checkout I requested a balance and they said Expedia had paid off and I had 0 balance. For the next 2 days I had the direct charge pending in my bank account. Contacted multiple times to hotel and they denied that they hold that money so bank contacted the hotel and they denied that with them and also with the Expedia rep. So I ended up paying two times for that room. Please stay away from them, they were rude and didn’t care about a customer."

"I asked where a liquor store was because I wanted to get a bag of ice for my cooler. They respon ded by giving me a bag for free. Having the bar arestaurangt attached is very handy."

"Our only discomforts was the bed which was too high to safely climb in and out of and the pillows were stuffed too tightly to be able to sleep on them. The rest of the stay was in a clean. Well cared for room and friendly staff."
