We love the RIU, this was our 4th year and we will be back again next year! Rooms are all new and beautiful, staff was great, weather is always perfect and it’s the best week every year! Resort is beautiful, tons to do, great shows, live music and food always available! The town is also a short walk with tons of shops, restaurants, fun bars and live music!! Highly recommend!!!

Hotel was beautiful. Check in went smoothly but not overly friendly. Staff was constantly cleaning throughout the hotel and very attentive in the restaurants. Food was good but not gourmet. Only real complaint was the construction but understand it has to be done.

This is our second visit to Hotel Riu and will definitely come back next January, with more family. staff was excellent; we had a problem with our room when we first checked in and asked for another room, staff immediately took action and we were able to get another room the next morning.
