"Clean room friendly staff"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick. The only problem I had was after checking out, I forgot to take a card for the parking security gate, so had to go nack to the ftont desk to get one."

"As business hotel, room and bathroom are wider than others. There are free massage machines and Manga library at 5F. Quality of toilet paper is better than other business hotels. There are many restaurants and shopping centers near the hotel."

"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics and unwillingness to accommodate my situation."
