We stayed at Fryingpan for 5 nights and it was truly lovely. The shared bathrooms are very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast every morning was western style but delicious. A very short walk to the Annupurni gondola and lifts. Above all of the wonderful accommodations were the lovely people and staff we met while staying there. I cannot say enough good things about the hospitality and the friends we met while staying there. Amazing place run by wonderful people.

An extraordinary experience. A two story room! Cozy hosts, a heated basement for ski equipment, only 4 min walk away from the lifts and ski rental. The only nuisance is that there are only two showers at the bottom and sometimes they are taken. There is a laundry room downstairs with coin laundry. The heater is too intense and partially melted my suitcase…be careful. Otherwise lovely stay.

very convenient location but not very comfortable

Nice location 2 min walk away from the base of niseko Annapuri but otherwise very basic accommodations with small rooms, small hard beds, shared bathrooms/showers and hosts were not very helpful when we had issues with transiting. Bring cash! The accommodation house does offer cheaper lift tickets but must be paid in cash.

About 1 block to the lift in Annupori! Amazing family run place! More laid back and quiet than the larger resorts. Shared bathrooms and showeres. On site coin laundry. Great value!

It was close to the ski lifts, you could get lunch and dinner there. Some shelves in the bedroom to put clothes in would have been good.

You Should Stay Here!

Great hotel and amazing staff! Room was large, the included breakfast was tasty and filling, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Also ate lunch and dinner on one occasion at the hotel, and it was fabulous and filling. Shared bathrooms and showers, but never a wait and always clean. Also have laundry room available if needed. Wifi worked well also. If coming to Niseko to board or ski, this is the perfect location, about one block from the Gondola. Highly recommend the Pension Fryingpan!
