Lovely room; excellent bed and slept well. Facilities on site are good. Nearby park is convenient for a pleasant walk. Only suggestion is when they replace the towels please buy the bath sheets.
Great location, amazing view from the rooftop, great amenities in the room, comfortable bed, quiet room, and felt well looked after by staff with their consideration for guest needs. One of my favourite hotels to stay at.
The place was lovely. We caught the tram a few times only when it was raining. Close to everywhere we wanted. Staff was very helpfull and the place was very clean and easy to use.
Great location, opposite a beautiful park and cultural precinct on one side and overlooking a working harbour (sort walk) with waterfront boardwalk on the other. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable
Yes, stay was great. Disappointing my partner got sick on the day and we the day in the room, but our service from Christal on front reception was amazing
The staff and hotel itself was really nice. Felt very safe. Parking options were very difficult - over a weekend spent long periods driving around trying to find a park both during the day and at night. Option for valet at $50/night was pretty dear.
Stay was lovely but rooms need a mirror in the main room so not dependent on only one mirror in the bathroom. We commented on this need from both of our rooms.
