The location was perfect for getting down to the French quarter or getting over to Frenchmen street! Easy to navigate from the house and everything that we wanted to see was in walking distance!
Great location for a weekend in the quarter. Very affordable and easy to get around. Parking was an extra plus. Perfect layout for a friends trip! Lots of beds and rooms.
Place was a great size! Plenty of beds for everyone. Walking distance to all the popular spots in the French quarter and a quick Uber to other parts of the city.
Great spot, within walking distance from the craziness of Bourbon St, but just far enough away from the craziness of Bourbon st. Easy to get picked up and head around town. Enough space for the 7 of us. Would stay here again when back in town.
Good for a large group. There are plenty of beds and a kitchen and living room to hang out in. Only 2 bathrooms. Great location - walking distance to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter.
Family & friends celebrating my grandson’s 21st birthday
Excellent accommodations. Plenty bedrooms with comfortable beds. East walking distance to all the attractions that we came to see.
Treme - Great location/amount of space for a large group
Clean, comfortable, and well stocked townhome with plenty of room for a large party of family and friends. Great proximity to Bourbon Street and French quarter. Noise due to proximity to busier streets, so just bring earplugs for sleeping if you are a light sleeper.
6 adults came down for a game at the Superdome. Location was wonderful, within easy walking distance of French Quarter and Superdome (also on trolley line to Superdome(. Simple and clean accommodations were perfect for our group. Easy communication with the property manager throughout. Thanks for a great stay!
We came in for a football game up in Baton Rouge but wanted the fun of New Orleans. This place is perfect. Plenty of sleeping spaces, safe parking and walking distance to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. I will say if you are a light sleeper there is late night street noise here especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall highly recommend.
The house was great! It was clean, well maintained, and everything was in working order. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out during the day between outings, and within walking distance to everything you could want/need. Our only complaint is that one of the “rooms” was actually like a foyer to the back door. Not a big deal, but it was aggravating to the couple staying in that room to have people
constantly walking through their room.
A group of 9, age 40-80. None of us had a complaint or issue. We were comfortable, had a great safe outdoor space and big enough common areas to relax. The home has French Quater charm. 3 blocks from Bourbon. Felt safe as well. Mike came by the day departing and ensured we had a comfortable visit. Friendly and kind. Great communication. We will keep you in mind for next time!
It was a party of 12. There was enough space for everyone. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. We made two meals. Plenty of towels were provided. The lighting in the bedrooms are dim so prepare to put makeup on early or do it in the restrooms. I would highly recommend this house to others.
The property is a traditional home on the second floor of a house, which we had to use the stairs to go in. But it has a lot of rooms and we loved that for our big family. The property was clean and fully equipped with utensils and household necessity. The parking lot is spacious and easy to access. The manager was very friendly, supportive and helpful. The property is just some minutes walk to the French Quarter and it is also ideal if you want to go to downtown. Since the house is facing the street, it is bustling and active at night. You can hear the cars and people very clearly, so keep that in mind if you need a quite place at night. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and appreciate the manager. We hope to have a chance to be back soon!
Spent the weekend at this property and as a group we were very pleased with our stay.
We traveled in a group of 12 and the space fit our needs perfectly. Place was spotless upon arrival and had plenty of room for 12 guys to be dudes. Water pressure in the showers was quite pleasant too.
Location was perfect for our trips itinerary (Bourbon St. and a lot of it). Always felt safe in the neighborhood on our walks back and forth.
I dealt with Mike throughout the booking process. He was both very accommodating and easy to communicate with for which I am extremely grateful.
Little tip, the gas station just east of the unit has plenty of booze, is open 24 hours and makes some really good fried food. Especially the chicken. You’ll be looking for it in the late hours before your trip is over.
Conveniently located, basic but sufficient accommodations
We stayed here for a long weekend for a bachelorette party (group of 10 women) and the space was exactly what we were looking for.
Pros:
- 10 beds and plenty of bedrooms, so we each got to sleep in our own bed and no one had to share a room with more than 1 other person
- Lots of mirrors so getting ready was pretty easy
- Very responsive and helpful host/property manager
- Location is easily walkable to the French Quarter without being right in the middle of it
- Clean
- Good price
- Plenty of space
Cons:
- Basic furnishing/decor- this isn't the place to stay if you're picky about aesthetic
- This unit is up a single flight of stairs- if you have mobility problems you might want to look elsewhere
- Can be noisy. There is a unit downstairs with basically nothing preventing noise from traveling up and they also have access to the outdoor area right outside this unit. We were able to connect with the property manager and he did a great job getting the group below us to quiet down late at night. The windows are also thin and let in street noise, but nothing that someone used to city noises isn't accustomed to. Would recommend packing ear plugs!
