The staff is very helpful. The hotel has very good breakfast. I had a problem with the bathroom and they fixed it very quickly. The suite that I stayed is very spacious, the only complaint I have would be better lighting would be nice 🙂

Great value and staff. NO Air conditioning!

Lovely breakfast and service was very nice. It's HOT in Cappadocia the 1st week in June.. only 1 fan available for 10 Rooms and we were VERY luck to get it! NO AIR CONDITIONING ...but room had some natural coolness from the cave structure. Windowed Shower was fantastic. We Had a TRUE 2 bedroom suite for 3. Hard to find ! LOCATION IS FANTASTIC. Half block to the Main Street. Near all great restaurants without having to climb most hills. They gave us entry o a nearby pool ($20euro to enter) but was worth it! Afternoon heat makes a jpool essential!

Amazing and dreamy cave hotel ! Staff very friendly. Breakfast on top 👌 quiet and safe area. The hotel is located very close to the hills were we had the chance to watch the balloons. Recommend 100%

虽然只住了一晚，体验很好。特别是早餐，很多品种，摆了满满一桌，是这次旅游中遇到的最丰盛的一家。 小伙很热情，英语也很好。 只是无线网络信号差点，大概是洞穴砖墙隔离了信号。 出去稍走些路，就到大街上，有很好的餐馆。

We came here for our babymoon and loved every relaxing moment in our beautiful suite! The breakfasts and views were definitely our favorite way to start each day the staff was kind and super helpful! They helped us with anything we needed and definitely went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our trip. The rooms were warm and cozy beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious and felt spa like! Location was perfect close to cute coffee shops and great restaurants walking to any of the places was very easy and short. I really was sad to leave because this was my third visit but by far my favorite hotel in cappadocia!

Номер просто сказочный! Все так красиво, аутентично! Никаких пререканий ни к номеру, ни к самому отелю, ни к персоналу. Все было просто класс. Завтраки замечательные, наедались на полдня, вкусно и много. Завтракали на красивой террасе с видом на Гереме. По утрам видно шары. Находится в самом центре, от него можно быстро добраться в любую точку. Душ и ванна хорошие, чистые, вода горячая, напор сильный. Оформление отеля, особенно ночью, погружает в сказку.
