True gem of a villa experience with Hotel amenities
This is an absolutely beautiful property with multiple villas, a kids playground, a gorgeous pool with incredibly comfortable deck chairs with umbrellas and sunbeds with shades. There is an excellent restaurant by the pool that serves snacks (but they are really full meals including the dish of the day -- moussaka or roast lamb... and a HUGE breakfast that comes with the room -- yummmmm!) Our one-bedroom villa was well laid out, and spotless. The management upgraded us to a sea view because one was available. There were two downstairs patios and one large one off the upstairs bedroom. Airconditioning was excellent. Our daughter slept on the single bed that was also the couch in the living/dining area. They gave us towels for the bath and the beach. It's a lovely property, secluded and still only two minutes from the port, 15 minutes from glorious beaches like Plaka. But what makes this a complete gem is the team. Maroula the concierge, the restaurant staff, everyone spoke English and bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They even let us borrow beach towels on our last day, and stored our luggage so we could go to the beach. Nearby beaches are gorgeous and quiet, with umbrellas and deckchairs for rent. Wonderful experience! We'd love to come back again, and would highly recommend Kedros Villas for anyone looking for a base of operations on Naxos.
