Mycket fint hotell med allt man behöver; privat strand, strandsängar, biljardbord och möjlighet till kaffe, mat och drinkar hela dagen. Utomordentlig service i restaurangen. Fantastisk terrass på tredje våningen. Rummen är stora och rena.

Lo mejor la vista y el relajo

Ambiente muy tranquilo y vista excepcional al mar desde la terraza. Buena atención. Hay nochero. Comida muy bien. Sonido se escucha un poco desde las otras habitaciones o pasillo. Todo muy bonito y bien decorado. Ambientes acogedores. Volvería de todas maneras.

Música electrónica muy incómoda por horas y horas

Reservamos 24 horas antes. Llegamos a las 15.30 y desde esa hora hasta las 19.30 que nos retiramos a cenar, tenían música electrónica que incomodaban estar tranquilos en la habitación premium que arrendamos junto frente al mar. Pedimos que bajaran la música, y dijeron que la podían bajar en la terraza, pero durante esas 4 horas tuvimos que soportar los 'bumbum' de los bajos de la música electrónica. De espanto! Habíamos contratado por dos noches, tuvimos que salir al día siguiente y por supuesto nos cobraron las dos noches. Dijeron que había que anular con 15 días de anticipación. Pero si habiamos contratado hace 24 horas! Cuando le volvimos a mencionar el problema a la encargada de turno, nos dijo que debíamos haber preguntado antes si había música molesta. Pésimo.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Not English speakers. Hill view rooms subject to street noise. Rooms very basic for the price. Town very small with few services, but beautiful area, great beaches, excellent surfing/kiteboarding/sailboarding. Good food.

In riva all’Oceano

Localizzato a Matanzas, in riva all’Oceano, in un posto spettacolare e tranquillo. Fuori dai percorsi turistici tradizionali. Camere ampie, arredate con gusto, ottima pulizia, letto matrimoniale king molto comodo. Ampia sala con stufa a legna e accesso libero alla spiaggia con lettini e poltrone e salottini riparati dal vento da una vetrata. Scuola di surf in loco. Consigliato!

Muy buena estadía. Desayuno sencillo pero cumple. Muy limpio y ordenado. Falta wifi en las piezas ya que la señal de celular es mala. Restaurant muy bueno precio/calidad.
