Difficulté de communication avec le personnel qui ne parle que espagnol, ce qui n'était pas notre cas. Personnel très absent mais somme toute sympathique. Chambre qui a du charme mais très humide. Literie assez creusée.

Hotel encantador en Navacerrada

Pasamos la noche del sábado y todo fue perfecto desde el primer minuto. Es el rincón ideal para disfrutar con tu pareja. Romántico y tranquilo. Todo el personal muy profesional y amable. En cuanto al restaurante, la comida estaba riquísima, elaborada con productos de primera calidad. Estamos deseando volver.

Mal trato y malas formas

La experiencia no ha sido nada positiva y estoy muy descontento. Cuando llegamos, nos indicaron que nuestra habitación es la que estaba al lado de la recepción, muy pequeña y con poca intimidad. Al preguntar por qué nos asignaban esa habitación, nos dijeron que las habitaciones que se reservan por Hoteles.com son esas y que la dirección asigna las habitaciones como considera (es decir, la reserva directa tiene mejores habitaciones). La señora de recepción nos empezó a querer echar, dijo que cancelaba la reserva y que no nos podíamos quedar. Nos tuvimos que poner fuertes y exigir hoja de reclamaciones, a lo que se negó. Finalmente la señora dio unos golpes y abrió otra de las habitaciones “buenas”. No nos fuimos porque era tarde y no sabíamos donde podríamos encontrar alojamiento, pero la experiencia fue muy desagradable y no estoy nada contento con el servicio.

Por motivo del Covid todos los servicios del hotel están cerrados, tendrían que avisarlo, con el precio que cobran no te dan ningún servicio, al final es caro para lo que dan. Las habitaciones están bien pero no es para el precio que cobran

La ubicación es buena, pero los servicios no. Estuvimos todo un dia sin calefacción y al marchar ni siquiera pudimos desayunar en el hotel pues el restaurante estaba cerrado. Aunque el desayuno no estuviera incluido en el precio, debía existir la posibilidad de desayunar.

Treat Yourself Right-Book at El Torreon and Enjoy

We got extremely lucky with our stay at El Torreón de Navacerrada. We booked the hotel based on location and after reading reviews provided by previous visitors to the hotel. They were spot on, since the hotel is warm and inviting and the genuine attention by the staff to make sure we were comfortable and informed of the local area was over the top helpful. We enjoyed with the nice touches the hotel provided with specialized soap, candies throughout and fruits placed in various location with the hotel was a nice treat. The host of the hotel and assistance come Anna deserves a special shout out for making us feel welcome. I should note that we forgot a jacket upon check out and she arranged to have it mailed to our home in Madrid. We offered and hoped to pay for this, but she refused, which is beyond the customer service standard we have been accustomed to. So, the city of Navacerrada is well work it for a weekend or longer with a lovely downtown within a short walk from the hotel and our trip was topped off with an all around terrific experience at El Torreon. We will be back, but only when we can get a confirmed booked at this hotel.

Precioso hotel en la Sierra madrileña

El hotel rural es precioso. La habitación es ampliq, la cama muy cómoda y no hay ruido ninguno. Buen wifi e hilo musical. El cuarto de baño tiene muchos detalles. Todo estupendo. El personal del hotel también un 10.

Precio excesivamente caro para una habitación estandar y sin desayuno, pegada a la recepción, por la noche no se oye ningún ruido pero por la mañana te enteras de quien entra, sale y llega nuevo. No sé puede pedir más dinero por una habitación "mejor" . Aún así le doy muy buena valoración; excelente limpieza, extras como poner a disposición de los clientes bicicletas para hacer rutas por la Sierra, muy buena predisposición a ayudar por parte del personal.

Para ser una habitación que cuesta casi 100 euros la noche la esperábamos más cómoda.El colchón bastante incómodo,los dos nos levantamos con dolor de espalda al día siguiente.Además nos tocó una habitación muy ruidosa,en la que se oían los desagües y las cisternas de los huéspedes del piso de arriba.Por ese precio esperas descansar y no fue así.El desayuno no viene incluido en el precio,son 9 euros por persona y es muy completo.En mi nopinión debería estar incluido,el precio sería màs justo.
