We only crashed on our way out of Puertos Natales after hiking at Torres del Paine. For this purpose, the room was great and had everything that we needed - clean + hot running water and the price was right. If you're staying for a little longer, you may want something a bit more comfortable but was good value for what we paid.

The facility was so clean. They let us keep our bags securely while we went to Patagonia. They gave recommendations on where to buy a hat and the breakfast was good! I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, modern property at a great value. Staff was very accommodating and was available to chat on WhatsApp. Loved the common kitchen and lounge area for standard rooms. 5-15 minute walk from everything in town.

We stayed in room 12 and it was huge! We had plenty of space to repack our suitcases. The shower was high-tech and amazing. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were cooked to order - so much better than eggs on a steam table! It was easily walkable to restaurants. The hosts were friendly and efficient.

We would have been more dlthan delighted to stay here without an issue if this hotel was a) effectively a hotel and not a hostel, and b) the blinds in the rooms were actually blocking out the light from outside. Also the quality of the rooms seems fine on the surface but due to the paper thin walls you can hear absolutely everything around you. In my opinion this please is not worth what they charge for.

This hotel is a little far from the center of the city. The room condition is good, but very cold at night. Furthermore, they had not cleaned my room for three days. They even charge the additional towel. What's even more troubling is they lipped me off the tour fee. They recieved CLP40,000 as a brokerage fee for two people. I will never stay this hotel again!
