En general fué una muy buena elección. Algo alejado del centro, lo cual no nos significó problemas ya que andabamos en vehiculo. Pedí cama matrimonial, lo que hicieron juntando 2 camas individuales, pero me hizo falta un segundo velador, ya que tuve que dejar mis enseres en el suelo.

Fiquei hospedado por 3 noites. O hotel é bem simples, possui cama/televisao e um banheiro. Fica localizado a uns 15 minutos caminhando do centro. A entrada do hotel deveria ser asfaltada, ela é toda de pedra e fica ruim para entrar caminhando na chuva. O wifi por vezes era super demorado e lento, além de uma limpeza que deixou a desejar. O café da manha nao conta com frutas e nem com leite quente. Alem disso nao conta com telefone nem frigobar o quarto.

Local ótimo.

O hotel fica em uma localização ótima, em uma rua tranquila mas próxima ao centro. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, café da manhã bom. O que precisa melhorar é o banheiro, que fica alagado sempre que alguém toma banho.

I stayed at the JC Hotel for one night. The Pros are the hotel is very modern, clean and provides the amenities one would expect of a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was available. The Cons from my perspective: 1) The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. It was probably designed for efficiency but the main course was pre-wrapped breakfast plates with certain, duplicate items. The only coffee I found available was instant coffee which is ok in a pinch, but definitely prefer brewed coffee and I was a bit surprised that a hotel would not offer something as basic as brewed coffee. 2) Communication w/staff - I speak limited Spanish and although not offended, was also a little surprised that a hotel in an international tourist destination such as Puerto Natales would not have bi-lingual members on staff. Overall, a nice hotel and good experience.

O hotel fica um pouco longe do centro e de suas principais atrações e nas redondezas do não há opções boas de alimentação. Sobre as instalações do hotel, os quartões são grandes porém possuem um isolamento acústico ruim. O café da manhã é básico e disponibilizam lunch box quando saímos muito cedo, no entanto tivemos problemas em dois dias (em um deles, faltavam diversos itens e não havia ninguém de prontidão para repor; Em nosso último dia, mesmo tendo avisado que sairíamos cedo, o café não fora servido no horário combinado). As pessoas da recepção são simpáticas e atenciosas.

Espectacular y 100% recomedable

Espectacular nuestra estadía!!! Primera vez que veo que un hotel cumple todo lo prometido: precio, las habitaciones son las mismas de la foto pues no están retocadas. La ubicación del hotel y la habitación muy buenas y la mejor atención que puedes recibir en un hotel pequeño. 100% recomendable. Mucha preocupación en la limpieza y en el buen trato a los huéspedes. Volvería al mismo hotel.

En general fue una buena estadía; sin embargo, debo mencionar que de los días que estuvimos, luego de la primera noche, nos prepararon la habitación y repusieron el papel higiénico; pero luego de la siguiente noche, no. Además, el primer día encontré toallas (seguro del pasajero anterior) usadas en el closet. También tuvimos problemas con la calefacción que estaba muy alta, no se podía bajar de los radiadores ni del control de la habitación. Cuando quise comentar ambas situaciones, no encontré a alguien del personal para que me oriente o ayude en la solución. Y cuando encontré, ya no era oportuno mencionar, sólo la falta de papel. El hotel es pequeño con instalaciones nuevas, pero faltan algunas terminaciones. El desayuno es adecuado. En cuanto a la ubicación del hotel, para nuestros fines, estaba bien ubicado, no es central, pero de fácil acceso si andas en vehículo. No sé cómo es el transporte colectivo en el sector para quienes no cuentan con movilización propia.

酒店保安設置很差，本人在此酒店被盜400美金，作案手法偷一半留一半。沒有閉路電視，房間門鎖過於簡陋，最大嫌疑還是酒店內部人員。有意選擇此酒店必須慎重考慮。

This was nice hotel about 20 minutes walk from the city centre. You are also about 15 mins from the bus terminal as well. The room was nice and clean...the only real complaint i have is that the room was too warm, I could not adjust the temperature. The staff were friendly. Great hotel to spend a few nights. Puerto Natales is a ghost town on Sundays, like most cities in South America, almost all shops and restaurants are closed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
