Café da manhã com poucas opções salgadas, e frutas. Máquina de cartão do hotel é vinculada a construção civil, logo o CNAE não é de fins hoteleiros, assim cartões corporativos não são autorizados, o que é um transtorno para quem viaja a negócio.

ótimo custo benefício

A localização é muito boa, o hotel limpinho, quarto amplo. Funcionários prestam um atendimento muito bom. Só sugiro a renovação das toalhas, mas também não é algo que comprometa a avaliação. Excelente custo benefício. Café da manhã também precisa de reposição de frutas. Quando cheguei já tinha acabado e não foram repostas. Indico sim!

O hotel detém apenas de uma máquina para passar cartão. No uso corporativo, os cartões não passam em certos segmentos (CNAE). No caso do Ilusion, é uma máquina antiga e com o CNAE de material de construção.

Ótimo hotel

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a praia de ponta negra. Comércio variado nas redondezas. Ótimo café da manhã, equipe prestativa e cordial. Possui estacionamento interno, mas na frente existia um público na rua que era tranquila. Fica colado ao restaurante Ô Bar, que é ótimo e para quem tem criança é excelente devido as recreações da area kids. Ficamos 6 dias e por causa do nosso filho e pela qualidade do local fomos todos os dias no jantar.

Minha experiência foi bem negativa. Fui para um evento corporativo e para começar a máquina de cartão não é cadastrada como hotel. Com isso, meu cartao corporativo não passava. Não foram nada flexíveis em nada. Nao tinha toalha de rosto e nem coberta quando solicitamos. Fiquei bem decepcionada.

Razoável ! Faltam itens básicos como suporte para toalhas no banheiro, uma luz de cabeceira. Afora a questão da ducha higiênica que não funcionava e duas pequenas baratas no quarto; que teve como justificativa o processo de dedetização de todo hotel. Apresentaram também um café da manhã super desorganizado. Com certeza, não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.
