Built as a vacation rental with total privacy in mind for the guest, the owners live upstairs and have separate entrances for the guest - there is no “common area”. The guest enters through the red door on the side, see the pictures! Only 30 minutes from downtown Nashville and all of its attractions. This getaway on 9 acres of wooded hills sits in a Gatlinburg-like setting. Beautiful stone wood burning fireplace with 50 inch smart HD television make the nights very cozy in this ideal setting. Giga-speed fiber internet and YouTube TV with over 100 channels are both included. In the middle of a famous biking, hiking and scenic drive area year-round.

Country kitchenette, which includes stainless steel dishwasher, portable cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator, can be used for breakfast/meals. Outdoor patio includes hot tub, grill and Adirondack chairs.

Our property has a Ring doorbell camera on the front of the structure for safety. Guest privacy is always respected.
