The suite was very spacious and recently renovated - the separate room for our children was fantastic! It was quiet and very clean! The suite is a 10 minute walk from train station - not the most picturesque - but only another 10 minute walk to a great pedestrian area. Personally, I prefer a standard hotel with a front desk, but the host, Giovanni, was available by text for questions. However, we missed breakfast because it was in a different building and we didn’t know where this was until we had already left the city.

Clean, Tidy, Good Value

Giovanni was excellent to deal with and very responsive to all requests. The suite is handy to Napoli Centrale station about 10mins walk. The room itself was spacious, clean and tidy. Coffee machine in reception. The only cons were were a broken toilet seat when we arrived that was getting fixed when we reported it, and we ran out of shower wash - overall very minor things. We reccommend to others, good value!

The place is located close to station. The room and bathroom were clean. The AC worked very well. Room has a mini fridge and, thoughtfully, a water bottle were provided gratis. Beds were comfortable. We left the luggage for our day trip. The luggage was safely stored and easily accessible later for pickup. Breakfast was a voucher to a local café nearby and included a hot drink and croissant or equivalent. Overall a excellent experience.

Beware…no lobby with receptionist ,no bag drop off

BEWARE…no lobby with receptionist. It WASN’T clearly stated. It was a surprise to me and I had never experienced this type of check in. I’m used to dropping off luggage if I arrive early, but this wasn’t an option for this type of establishment. Guessing this is the future of efficient, low cost stays. The staff did everything they could to help, including an earlier check in. Just saying that the info was buried in the “AT A GLANCE” section , rather than “POLICIES” section. From what I understand, this is more and more common in Europe. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels over the years, but guess there’s a first time for everything.

The room was great. Very spacious. AC worked great. There were some free water bottles in the fridge. A big shower. The bed was comfortable. Wi-fi worked well. Elevator to bring up luggage. The only sour note was they said they offer luggage storage, but the storage is just out in the open in the lobby. You do need a key to get into the lobby, so only other guests can access it, but it is still a bit unnerving to leave all your luggage out in the open there.

As advertised, this is not a hotel but a rooming house, where there are 5 suites in a common area of a building. The room itself was very nice, and the exterior door to the balcony was incredibly well insulated for sound. The interior walls were a bit thin with noise coming from adjacent rooms. The location is central to tourist spots, but the main street is very busy and noisy. The side street that the property is located on is a bit dark, and when we arrived after dark we walked right past the door as the signage could have been more prominent.

Great stay in Naples

We had a fantastic stay at Cuore Napoletano. Saw other reviews about access to the property after hours, but we had no issues at all, we were offered remote checkin but I preferred in person. Yes they do not have a reception with a person there, but they are super responsive on whatsapp, Jeanette was assigned to check us in. She was in constant communication with us and waiting for us at the property, she did our checking super fast, was very friendly, showed us how everything worked and suggested many places to eat, some of her suggestions were the best restaurants we tried. Sunday night the wifi was not working, I contacted her on WhatsApp and she answered within seconds, showed us how to reset the router! Superb service from Jeanette and Coure Napolitano! I would stay here 100% if I am coming back to Naples. The place is super conveniently located, 10 min walk to train station, 5-7 min walk to Metro station. And very close to historic centre. We didnt use the breakfast service, we like to try different places to eat and this was not a feature we cared much about… All in all, great experience, great location, great price,and awesome service from Jeanette!!! A++
