The hotel was great for what we needed - located very close to a station which was a true hub for the city of Naples. However, some of the areas outside didn’t feel super safe at night, given what we had heard of Naples. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and it provided us with exactly what we needed to explore the city.

Great spot

This was a great location. Close to the train station and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious room with a jetted tub! Perfect after a day walking.

Conveniently located near the train station behind multiple doors. Room was clean with comfortable bed and small balcony area. I did not have breakfast so I cannot speak for that. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The host was extremely helpful and accommodating when i needed late last minute accommodation. However the hotel was under renovations and the room had plaster dust over floor and bedding. The bed had only sheets and the doona without linen folded in the corner had unsightly stains. There was lots of noise outside the room due to renovation. I’m sure this will be lovely hotel when renovation completed but guest should be informed of inconvenience.

Rooms and building are in a bad state

Guest house is conveniently located next to Garibaldi station so easy access to herculaneum and pompei by train. Hotel rooms are in a bad state, crumbling walls due to damp. Screws sticking out of the walls in the bathroom. Room had a chester draws you couldn't open..with a handle missing.

Comfortable spot with a view of Mt Vesuvius

Located near the train station, Hotel Phillip offered a simple, practical vase from which to explore. I was lucky to have booked a corner room with small balconies on 2 walls from which I could see Mt Vesuvius. The morning light was perfect for helping me to rest my sleep cycle. This was not fancy by any means but it was functional , comfortable and clean.

Good B&B near Naples central train station

Very good B&B with friendly helpful staff. The only thing that was strange was that there were mugs and a fridge in the room, but no kettle. It was also a bit difficult to find, and I had to ask around. There is only one small brass plate outside the (multiuse) building. The Hotel New Sayonara next door is easy to find, so look for that instead.

I booked this last minute and didn’t have much time to research but this is a B&B/guesthouse not a Hotel and the title did not say it. Most B&B say B&B [name] but this one doesn’t and it was misleading. The place was okay. There was no one there at night but they give you instructions to through a call or WhatsApp. People are friendly and inside you feel safe but the area outside is the worst I’ve seen in Italy. Dirty and unsafe. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the towels bad and lacking. I moved to the Holiday Inn the next day which was a better experience. But I wasted plenty of time and missed a lot of exploring finding my next place because this didn’t work for us. I wouldn’t stay there longer than 1 night. A plus they have is closeness to the train station. You can walk and be there in 5 min

Bien, un hotel pra pasar la noche, dejar las maletas mientras visitas la ciudad, asearte. Pero está en un área con mucho inmigrante que no da mucha confianza salir en la noche con niños. Los domingos en la mañana frente al hotel hay una especie de congregación religiosa con bocinas que te despertarán temprano.

Punaises de lit!!!!

Alerte Punaises de lit!!!!! Hôtel infecté de punaises de lit. La chambre 504, à peine installés dans le lit, une punaise de lit a grimpé sur le torse de ma femme ce qui nous a heureusement tout de suite alerté. Après inspection minutieuse, on en découvre plein d'autres . On a ramassé nos affaires et on a passé la nuit à la gare de train car l'accueil est fermé et personne ne répond au téléphone. Le lendemain nous étions obligés de laver nos affaires pour éviter de propager les punaises à l'hôte suivant puis au retour à la maison. Comble de l'histoire, l'hôtel refuse de nous rembourser car soit disant nous l'avions pas contacté lors des faits ce qui est en plus un mensonge étant donné que nous l'avions appelé à maintes reprises et l'agence de voyage également mais personne ne décrochait. Ajoutez à cela le quartier qui craint bondé de SDF et de dealers... FUYEZ FUYEZ FUEZ!!!!!

Kiváló hotel. Csak pár szobája van, de tökéletes. Előre egyeztetés szükséges a bejelentkezéshez, mert nincs 24 órás recepció. Ettől függetlenül minden szuper. Reggeli sajnos nincs, de a szoba tökéletes. Tiszta, és a fürdőszoba is kifogástalan. Jó helyen van. 3 perc a vasútállomás, 2 perc a metró, 1 percre az éttermek és kávézók stb. Nápoly és a környék felfedezéséhez kiváló választás.
