Really nice hotel with a central location. It was a bit hard to find, but got immediate assistance when calling the hotel. If you are a very light sleeper then I recommend bringing earplugs as the walls are a bit thin. But overall super nice experience.

Overall, the property is great. It is in a good location and the room is very big. The only suggestion is to ensure smooth late checkin after 5pm. Otherwise, you may be left outside because there are three security. I also did not receive check-in messages from the property owner. With the help from owner’s neighbors. We were in. Then I received check-in message from the owner. Even I did check-in 24 hour ago, I did not receive check in messages. We waited outside for almost one hour. During that period, we use online chat through hotels, no response received.

The room itself was great and I would give it five stars.The area around the property is close to a lot of dining and in a very walkable area with a very unique vibe that we enjoyed.The main disappointment we had was the very poor communication from the host.There was no one to meet us on arrival and no instructions were given beforehand.The suites are located inside a building with a gate that either requires a key or someone to buzz you in.We arrived well within the stated check in hours, but no responses to WhatsApp messages. When we finally got through to someone, we had to figure out which door led to the Suites, which we were not told by the property owner. Some kind neighbors told us where to go, but then we found that the door to enter the suites required a code which we had not been given. So we had to call again to request the code. Finally once we got inside we found the key to our room waiting for us. No other explanation. The booking site says the reception is open from 8:30-1:30, but we never saw anyone there, so were unable to connect about the city tax. Someone left a note in our room on the last day stating we could leave it in cash on the desk or call a number to pay with card. We didn’t have the cash so we called the number and again got no response. When they finally responded, they wanted us to do a bank transfer because they couldn’t come meet us to take our card - expensive!! We had to catch a train and didn’t have time to go to an atm so we just left.

La posizione è molto buona, lo staff disponibile anche se non in sede. La stanza è piccola e ci si muove con difficoltà. La pulizia è da rivedere: sotto e dietro al letto c'è molta polvere(per una persona allergica come me vuol dire difficoltà a respirare). Letto e cuscini non sono comodi.

Super Location

Super Location im Zentrum von Napoli. Die Zimmer wurden vor einem Jahr neu gemacht. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Service war auch super. Besten Dank
