Always a nice stay at Aisana. Very nice and attentive staff. Hotel set back from busy area so relaxing and quiet. Good value for money, nice hotel. Pillows too soft but obviously that comes down to personal preference.

Nice, modern, clean hotel. Conveniently located by the Mall for food and shopping choices and also near Lotus (grocery store). Parking is super convenient and speaking of parking, because you’re so close to the Mall, you can walk over there and not deal w parking.

Check inn was really fast. Everything looked good and clean. Room was really nice and we were really happy with there were no hidden fees. Room service had the service charge and tax included in the price not like some hotels where that is added later and the price is completely different. The only thing I missed was not to have cheese at breakfast with my toast.

The walk areas around the pool could to be maintained better. A little debris from the plant and trees. The bed was comfortable and shower was good. We arrived late and ordered food from room service. Food was delivered quickly, tasty and reasonably priced. We lost power one night for about 90 minutes.

Overall a nice hotel especially for the price. Room was nice, great aircon, none of the English tv channels work but that’s very minor. Pool area is lovely makes you feel like your somewhere tropical rather than middle of the town. Breakfast is ok, slightly limited but they will cook you an omelette and again better than expected for price. Gym is ok for a quick holiday workout. Minor downside is after 9pm the restaurant and coffee shop close so you can’t get anything to eat or drink after this ( don’t know about room service, there is quite an extensive menu in room but not sure on availability times) Overall I thought the hotel was good value and that’s where I’ll stay when visiting Korat again,

Overall Just average, Rooms are modern and my room was clean, size of room not small but not big , breakfast was average at best eggs cold food not exciting, pool nice but not great but for that area ok, price was ok but there are other options similar for cheaper. I was excited to try this hotel due to fairly good reviews but it seams customers mainly staying were local Thai or business one nighters which tend not to give straight forward feedback anyway not a bad choice just average in all areas.
