"The staff is very nice and the location is lovely. I got a free gift (a small pouch) when I checked in. My room was spacious and had a kotatsu which I really appreciated because it got suddenly cold outside. I also was able to enjoy two really beautiful and relaxing outdoor private baths! Breakfast had an amazing view and was delicious. They even gave me a hot pack when I checked out because it was cold outside. I really like the area and I’ll definitely visit again. "

"We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience, especially enjoying the private onsen in our room. The property is a bit dated, but the staff were excellent and very attentive, though communication was sometimes a little difficult due to the language barrier. The dinner provided was excellent, though the portions were a bit small. Pickup and drop-off to the station were also kindly arranged and covered by the property. Overall, a lovely and memorable stay"
