Good hotel with nice facilities (pool/gym) and spacious rooms. Service was excellent as most places in Oman. Rooms might be a bit "outdated" for some, but for the price there's absolutely nothing to complain about.

Great hotel in a useful location. The breakfast had good variety and they brought extra things out upon request. The quality maybe wasn't the best but it was still very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It's a shame they never seemed to have much change at reception when paying in cash.

Staff was great, however the room is disgusting. There is mold in the bathroom and the room smells like mold. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom and windows don’t open, so the entire room ends up smelling terrible. Staying in this environment was disappointing and unhealthy. I usually love holiday inns, however this particular location was not up to standards. There needs to be a deep cleaning of the mold and ventilation needs to be added
