Overall, the stay was pleasant. We were allocated a room as per our request and the room was clean and very spacious! Largely, the staff were very welcoming and hospitable besides one employee who unfortunately checked us in and out of the Hotel; he was incredibly rude and dismissive of us, no customer service skills whatsoever. If the Hotel management wants the name of this individual please contact us directly. We felt very caught off guard since the rest of the staff were the complete opposite.

Nice, clean hotel in Muscat. The rooms are very spacious. Beds were a bit hard and pillows not great, but overall a good sleep. The shower and tub/shower both didn't have shower curtains so the floor got wet. There were no face cloths, but they had shampoo & body wash. There were 2 bottles of water per day in your room along with a kettle to make coffee or tea (provided). The "balcony" is fully fenced with 2 windows that open slightly, not a lot of natural light in the room. There is a couch and chair, desk, closet, safe and mini fridge. There is a restaurant onsite, but I did not eat there so can't comment. Wifi works well enough in the rooms and lobby. There is a good restaurant nearby called imperial kitchen. The hyper market is a 2 minute walk, so you can stock up on snacks or water. There is also an atm nearby. I felt the area was safe as a woman traveller.

Very for given price

It is an old property of Tulip Inn changed to Garden Hotel. Now it is just equiv.to 2 * hotel. But there are no renovations. Bathroom was in terrific situation and when I complaint about bathroom, there was no response. They said it is ok.. disaappointed Breakfast was ok with limited menu, no focus on refilling.

They were not very accommodating at all. I was early, like 1:00 a.m., because that's when my flight landed. No way could I have a room even though I had booked one. They left me sitting in the foyer until 3:30 a.m., then said I could have a room, which I had to pay for again. I was only there for 2.5 hours, then gone again for my next flight. Don't tell me a room suddenly became available at 3:30 a.m. Front desk person dressed in his white robes had no personality at all.

Disappointed in their ‘math’

It was a nice room and front desk was very nice, but I was really disappointed in the description on the site compared to what the actual was. The shuttle is 8 OMR not 6 and when I ordered in advance it was basically a no show. My flight was early, but I didn’t call the hotel until 30 minutes AFTER my originally scheduled arrival (to be fair to the hotel) asking where it was, and nobody was on the way. I ended up having to take an overpriced taxi. The bigger one was internet. Am a traveling worker and the site has 100 mbps (insane and hard to believe but did trust it), but it’s just 10 (it clearly says this when you log into it at the hotel). Plus, it barely works in your room (front desk acknowledged they get congestion and it’s normal). I had to take an important work Zoom call in the lobby which was noisy at the time (and embarrassing for me). They need to update their ad on this site. Again, rooms were nice and big, but I just get out of shape with clear discrepancies.

die lage des hotels ist nicht sehr nahe der altstadt von muscat ein auto ist zwingend das servicepersonal ist in ordnung. leider fehlten bei uns duschtücher & handtücher für zwei personen und obwohl wir dies meldeten, erhielten wir nichts. das zimmer müffelte nach käsefüssen, der teppichboden ist nciht toll/ideal. das bad ist eher älter das frühstück überzeugte nicht wirklich

Excellent Hôtel pour séjourner à Mascate

Hôtel très propre et bien placé pour un séjour à Mascate. Il a un style un peu ancien et très propre, la literie est très confortable, le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux et bon (sucré, salé). Nous avons eu un problème avec notre réservation via hôtels.com qui n'était visiblement pas parvenue à l'hôtel, le problème a été résolu rapidement et nous avons été surclassé dans une meilleure chambre. Le personnel est efficace. Le restaurant situé juste à gauche de l'hôtel sert de la bonne nourriture indienne.
