Exceptionally nice, very clean, friendly and helpful staff! Nice location, for Oktoberfest! The breakfast was very good with a large variety of options! Small, but cozy bar and coffee area. Really enjoyed our stay!

This is a great location, especially for arriving by train! It’s easily walkable to the station- 15 minutes. The old town was about a 15 minute walk as well. So easy! The staff was very friendly, especially the young man who greeted us, offered umbrellas for a rainy evening, and chatted with us before we left. Housekeeping was phenomenal here in that they even swept the room each day. We loved our stay!

On a journey that included more than half a dozen hotels this was our favorite. Staff was helpful, and a 24hr desk made things easier. The included breakfast was very good, and the area convenient to transportation while feeling safe.

Good Stopover, Neighbourhood a little shabby

The Relexa Hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Karltor and Karl’s Platz, and 15 minutes walk from Marien Platz. Parking was conveniently located beneath the hotel. We received a welcome drink and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable although a little plain however the bathroom was excellent. The neighbourhood was below the standard of the hotel.

Nice hotel

Friendly staff. Big, clean room with A/C and modern bathrooms. Bed was OK but a little bit more hard than I like. Vending machine style parking is available under the hotel for compact to midsize cars...check in first, and they'll park it for you. I was happy that they allow pets, since my small dog travels with me. Very close to Bahnhof, metro, and Theresienweise for Oktoberfest...but also easy to get to the Altstadt. Perfect for a quick stay. Breakfast offered but I didn't try it, so can't speak on it. There are cafes/bakeries very close.

The property is on the edge of town that we didn’t feel comfortable walking in after dark, but no one bothered us. We confirmed occupancy for 2 adults and 1 child age 8. We had to pay extra per night for them to pull the bed out and provide bedding. The WiFi did not perform well at all. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was quite short spoken and grumpy. We stayed 3 nights and the room was clean with comfy beds and pillows

Nice but noisy

Friendly staff, good location near to the main train station. Breakfast was nice. The bathroom was open within the room. The toilet had a frosted glass door but the shower had a clear glass door so was visible to everyone else in the room which wasn't ideal for my teenager. The room looked out to the street and was VERY noisy. We couldn't close the window due to the hot weather so had to get ear plugs, which only made a slight difference.

Great Stay

This hotel was a God send. We have been traveling in Germany for a month and have found it next to impossible to find decently priced hotels with AC after a heat wave here. The room here was not only clean but even comfortable, from the bed to the air temp. We were so grateful as we had an excursion daily and it’s not fun to come back to the hotel sweaty and have a hot room to get back to. Not only that but our room has a fridge and the toilet was separate from the shower. Really nice layout, super spacious. Area is close to train station, just walking distance. Also close to the main square where all our bus tours were from. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helped with any requests we had! The only complaint we had was one morning we opened the door and someone was there just standing there and one of the nights we heard people talking loudly at 2 am. Aside from this, we had a marvelous 5 days in Munich thanks to hotel Relaxa!
