The food was very good in the restaurant, staff went out of their way to help us with an issue, rooms clean and comfortable, a little on the small side. The only down side is it’s remote location. It’s 25 min taxi to airport.

The staff was truly wonderful! The hotel is very quaint, clean, and has a local feel, it will bring you closer to the German experience, however it is far from Munich, after all it is in the countryside. You would have to take either a taxi or shuttle to the nearest train station which would be Erding which once on it, takes 20-30 minute to arrive to Munich. The food is absolutely delicious here, at least the lunch and dinner. The rooms again are clean and comfortable, except the pillows and the mosquitoes, so make sure you close the window and bring repellent. So if its countryside and tranquility you're looking for then this is a great choice.

Lovely hotel surround by corn fields

We wanted a hotel that was in expensive for a quick overnight in Munich. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but is lovely with a restaurant and bar. A 30 minute drive to the airport or downtown Munich.

This hotel is a fair choice at a good value for a last night stay in Munich if oneis flying out the next morning. It is close to the airport and a good alternative to higher priced hotel chains while still offering a German flavor. Nothing around the hotel other than farmers field for miles, but a decent pud and restaurant inside, good breakfast in the morning.

So la la

Als wir ankamen, war erstmal niemand an der Rezeption. Nach einer Weile wurden wir vom Küchenchef empfangen. Dieser hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und uns über das Frühstück informiert. Als wir unsere Taschen aus dem Auto geholt haben und wir zum Zimmer wollten, hielt uns eine Dame von der Rezeption zurück und nahm unseren Zimmerschlüssel aus der Hand. Sie hatte dem Pärchen, dass zur gleichen Zeit ankam unser Zimmer gegeben und meinte nur, Sie hätte gedacht, wir wären das andere Pärchen. Wir erhielten keine Entschuldigung und es wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt. Für den Wlan Code und den Zugang zum Hotel nach 24 Uhr musste man selbst nachfragen. Am nächsten Morgen klopfte jemand ab 9 Uhr fast alle halbe Stunde an unsere Zimmertür. Es war wahrscheinlich das Zimmermädchen, doch anstelle an der Rezeption nachzufragen, ob wir bereits ausgecheckt sind, hat sie lieber ständig weitergeklopft bis wir nicht mehr schlafen konnten. Wir haben bis zum Check-out bezahlt und möchten bis dahin auch ungestört sein. Leider gab es im Zimmer auch kein "nicht stören"-Schild. Als wir dies beim Check-out erwähnt haben (gleiche Dame) wurde uns nur mitgeteilt, dass es ja normal sei, dass das Zimmermädchen um diese Zeit kommt um das Zimmer zu reinigen. Wieder keine Entschuldigung, sondern nur Ausreden. Nach unserem Check-out ist uns aufgefallen, dass wir etwas im Zimmer vergessen hatten. Wir schrieben eine Email an das Hotel, von welchem wir bis heute keine Antwort erhalten haben.

Wir habenn das Hotel mehr durch Zufall gebucht, da ein anderes bereits ausgebucht war. Wir waren einerseits positiv von der ruhigen Lage und andererseits von der guten Anbindung überrascht. Leider war unsere Matratze etwas durchgelegen und der Wasserhahn auf dem Zimmer hatte einen Bewegungssensor, was ein wenig störend war. Das Frühstück war jedoch sehr reichhaltig und wirklich lecker. Auch eine Hochzeitsfeier in einer Nacht hat die Ruhe im Hotel überhaupt nicht gestört. Gern mal wieder

Isolated yet beautiful location

I booked this hotel on a very short time. The location is beautiful but very far from the city (aprox 1 hr by train and 45 mins. by car) Nothing else on the premises but the hotel restaurant. If you are looking for peace and quiet this might be your place.

Small family run in a country setting

I needed a place close to Munich airport and this did the job. It was a trade show weekend so all airport hotels and many other places were all booked. It is not really near much unless you have a car. About a 40€ cab ride to the airport but that is about the going rate anywhere. All of the Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant attached to the hotel with a good traditional menu and some continental favorites. Be aware that the food stops at 9pm but the bar stays open later. Nice outdoor area to relax and the wifi worked there too. They were nice enough to keep the kitchen open a bit later when I arrived around 9pm which I thought was a nice touch. Rooms aren't huge but are clean and comfortable, enough for a what I needed.

Gutes Hotel für mobile Gäste

Das Hotel an sich macht einen guten Eindruck. Allerdings kamen wir abends mit Kleinkind dort an. Wollten im hisigem Restaurant dann auch zu abend essen. Dies war leider nicht möglich, da das Restaurant bereits überbucht war! Im Zimmer fanden wir dann wie angegeben ein Beistellbett vor, welches für eine 1 jährige allerdings ungeeignet war! Der angegebene DVD Player sowie die Klimaanlage fehlten völlig. Der Fernseher war sehr alt. Essen war gut, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und umfangreich.
