Staff was fantastic. Perhaps the best of my 2.5 week travels in India. The reeon, however, was filthy. I made the mistake of not confirming a non-smoking room. Not only did the room smell like an ashtray, when I sat at the desk to do some work, I noticed black bits clinging to my hands and forearms. When I then wiped the desk with a damp hand towel, the towel became black.
