Dessverre virker uteområder og terrassen der frokost etc. ble servert litt sjuskete og dårlig rengjort, Det er hyggelig med klatreplanter, men når de er i veien når du skal inn i resepsjonen og du heller ikke helt forstår hvor innganger er blir det litt mye, en saks og trimming av alt det grønne ved inngangen samt feiing av terrasse og stoler/bord ville gjort alt så mye mer hyggelig. Rommet var ok og rent, men for meg var madrassen ubehagelig med springfjærer du kunne kjenne, en tynn overmadrass ville sannsynligvis gjort underverker og helhetsopplevelsen ville blitt så mye bedre.

A little gem just across the border from Slovenia

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. The owners were delightful, the room and the view were perfect, the evening meal (you let them know you will eat in and they prepare a three course seafood meal) was delicious and very tasty. Breakfast was abundant. Highly recommended.

Vi var fantastiskt nöjda med hotellet, trevlig personal och fräscha rum. Det enda vilket hotellet naturligtvis inte kan påverka var bussförbindelserna med Muggia som var något begränsade. Annars en kanonvistelse.

très bien, mais si vous y allez un samedi assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas de mariage prévu (si vous soulez profiter de la piscine) et arrivez après 19h30 (si vous voulez profiter du restaurant et de la paix de ce beau lieu)

Bett und Zimmereinrichtung unter jeder Kritik. Das Bett komplett weich und durchgelegen. Ein Resopalwandverbau aus den 70igern. Das Bad jedoch sauber und groß zügig. Klimaanlage war auf 18 Grad eingestellt..... Frühstücksraum sehr ansprechend und gefühlvoll eingerichtet. Buffett war zufriedenstellend. Hotelbesitzer sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Dennoch - für mehr als 1 Nacht nicht empfehlenswert.

Posto ameno a due passi dal confine sloveno all'estremo della baia di Muggia. L'hotel è in posizione lievemente sovrastante la baia, con bella prospettiva sul mare e sul tramonto. La piscina sembra molto atrrante per la bella stagione. Meraviglioso glicine che copre tutta l'entrata dell'hotel. Personale molto gentile e competente. Ottimo ristorante. L'arredo è un filo datato e la linea wi-fi pessima

Hotel tranquillo e pulito.

Hotel tranquillo e con proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia diversi km fuori Muggia e piuttosto lontano da Trieste, che era la mia meta principale. Struttura e camera essenziali, senza particolari comodità, tuttavia pulite e silenziose. Buona la colazione ed eccellente il ristorante, di pesce, dove abbiamo cenato. Ottima qualità della materia prima e ben cucinata. In definitiva, consigliabile per qualche giorno di relax rimanendo stanziali, essendoci il mare e la deliziosa baia a pochissima distanza. Per un turismo di movimento, indispensabile invece l'uso dell'auto, non essendoci comode alternative.

Unprofessional Management

I may be wrong, but I get the impression that the owners have bought this hotel as a 'lifestyle choice', as the place was absent of professionalism. A poor greeting and being barked at for sitting at a dinner table were just two examples of the poor service in this hotel. The rooms were very dated, but at least they seemed clean.

Super friendly staff

Stayed 3 nights and were very well treated by staff. Rooms were good for 3 star hotel. Ate dinner their each night and food was great - very fresh and well-prepared seafood. Pool area was very nice but could maybe have done with a few new loungers. Great for a bit a retreat and a relax but not much to do or see in Muggia. Slovenian border is only yards away and a day trip to Koper was lovely. If bugs are an issue you will need to bring mosquito repellant.
