This is a fully private home with its own entrance and no shared interior access. Entry is via a short shared exterior staircase.

The layout is ideal for larger groups wanting to stay together comfortably without feeling crowded.

• Left-hand driveway

Driveway parking is available for up to two cars parked in tandem, or one car and one small SUV. Free street parking is also available nearby. Please observe posted alternate-side street parking signs.

Self check-in is via keypad. Full arrival instructions will be provided prior to check-in.

The living room is located on the second floor.
The home is part of a larger residential property. The adjoining home and a separate lower-level unit are occupied independently, each with their own private entrance.
You may occasionally hear normal neighborhood activity typical of the New York area.

Strictly no parties, events, gatherings, smoking, or unauthorized visitors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

A compact washer/dryer is available for small loads.
