First it was really disappointed that the hotel had a cheaper rate than what i paid on Expedia, more than 50% less if you book directly with the hotel. Second; there is no breakfast, is only coffee. Last and worst, on Sunday night there was a fight between a couple around 2-3am. they were yelling, and doing a big scandal on the common areas, no one said anything to them or call the police.

Gran hotel pero baño muy pequeño

Me parece un muy buen hotel, el único inconveniente es que el baño es sumamente pequeño, el inodoro está apretado entre la ducha y el lavamanos. A parte de eso, todo lo demás que engloba al hotel está muy bien y lo que más sobresale es su estilo tan vistoso.

La ubicación del lugar es buena, está muy cerca del conservatorio de las rosas, del Cinépolis del centro, de la catedral, etc se puede ir y venir caminando sin ningún contratiempo. Tiene el servicio básico de wifi, el desayuno se sirve hasta las 11, sino ya no hay servicio, así que procura levantarte temprano para bajar a desayunar.

Me gustó la facilidad para hacer la reservación. Costo-servicio muy bueno. Cerca del centro, lugar limpio. No me gusto, que el ruido se oía mucho en la habitación, tanto de la calle como de dentro. Me desperté varias veces durante la noche pr los mismo.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, incluso las camas eran cómodas pero el personal es poco y siento que no tienen actitud de servicio, según ofrecen desayuno pero sólo es café con pan tostado y tuvimos que pedirlo porque nadie nos lo ofreció ni cuando bajamos al comedor

Hotel sencillo y cerca del centro historico

El hotel es sencillo y cerca del centro, solo cumple con una misión, que es poder llegar a dormir. Los empleados son muy apáticos, a excepción de un Sr que cuida en la noche. Tienen problemas con el drenaje, porque se filtra un olor intenso a caño en todo el edificio, al menos en mi habitación en la noche hubo periodos que no podías respirar. No cuenta con ventiladores, lo cual en el día y con el calor lo hace algo incomodo. En la pagina venia que contaban con servicio de desayuno, lo cual no es cierto. El servicio de Internet es deficiente, en los días que estuvimos no nos pudimos conectar. Cierran las puertas del hotel a las 11 y si llegas después tienes que tocar, aparte de que te piden la llave de la habitación al salir a pasear (es la primera vez que me toca algo así). Cuidado al solicitar la plancha ya que no hay tabla de planchar en las habitaciones y tampoco te proporcionan una y si llegases a quemar la colcha o sabana por accidente (por la incomodidad de planchar ahi), te la cobran como nueva.

Hotel bien ubicado y cerca del centro !!

Es un hotel sencillo bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero si lo que buscas es un hotel limpio para llegar a dormir y estar uno o dos días esta bien. El segundo día de nuestra estancia no hubo agua caliente. La puerta del hotel se cierra a las 11 pm por lo que en nuestro caso hubo que esperar unos 15 minutos a que nos abrieran. Buena relación calidad/precio.
