The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! Breakfast was great too. Fabulous, thank you. "

Fijne voorzieningen, zoals restaurant, broodjes 's ochtends en natuurlijk een geweldig zwembad voor het kasteel. Vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel, uitleg over schoonmaak en afval kan nog iets beter, en iets meer schaduwplekken bij het zwembad zou ook fijn zijn, verder helemaal top. "

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."
