The house is awesome, well decorated and spacious with large outdoors. Quite some musquitos outside, but the owner supplied spray. Internet is fast (we did some remote working). Neighbour hood is quiet, not a lot of liveley villages around. Bologna is around 30 min away though!

Wonderful stay in Monterenzio - our apartment was PERFECTION

Our hostess Virginia greeted us with a warm smile and gave us a tour of her absolutely beautiful apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice!! So modern, comfortable and exceptionally clean!!! The decor was amazing! We loved the not one BUT two patios! So private and inviting. Virginia checked in with us a couple of times and it was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property for your next visit to Monterenzio/Bologna! Thank you Virginia❤️

This was a lovely apartment with a lot of space, the owner was extremely helpful in a time when we had health issues. I absolutely recommend this apartment.
