"What an absolutely beautiful stay, in a stunning place. Our host was attentive and kind, and the food was wonderful. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, and particularly for my needs on a road trip with my 18 year old son, the accommodation offering two adjoining bedrooms was perfect, and we could park outside. Also very good value in my opinion. I would definitely return, it’s also ideal for couples and I would love to bring my wife here. "

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. "The property and grounds are spectacular, for a family retreat. Our stay at the end of July was very hot, so with air conditioning it would have been excellent! Also, the Wi-Fi was a little hit & miss. The pool and grounds are fantastic! Would definitely recommend."

"We had the most wonderful time in Villa Bramasole. We were 9 persons and we all loved the house, the garden and the poolarea. We all felt that there were plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and the cookingarea also worked fine for us and so did the outdoor diningarea. We are a family that really loves to cook and eat together and we enjoyed every minute. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la chaleur de Juin dans cette région. L'accès se fait par un petit chemin de terre donc nous sommes vraiment coupés du monde"On a bien profité de la piscine avec nos enfants. Attention car elle n'est pas du tout sécurisée donc il faut vraiment etre très vigilants si vos enfants ne savent pas nager. Belle table extérieure, barbecue tout neuf ! très sympa.Les chambres sont très agréables mais celles du dessus mériteraient d'etre équipées d'une clim car le toit en tuile et la pierre rendent les températures vraiment peu supportables à l'étage. Il y a des ventilateurs mais la plupart d'entre eux sont bruyants. La maison n'est pas très bien isolée. Merci pour ce séjour ! À bientot,"

"We had an excellent week at Il Querciolo. It is an ideal location for a base to explore Tuscany with Arezzo, Siena and Florence all within easy reach. If you prefer quieter smaller towns, there are plenty to choose from, such as Cortona, Monte San Savino, Gargonza, Lucignano, Castiglion Fiorentino - all close by. Cesare and family were amazing hosts and provided a warm welcome and plenty of suggestions of places to visit. They also produce some amazing wine, which you have to try when you stay. Also recommend the breakfast they provide with homemade breads, cakes and biscuits. The pool is great when you want a relaxing day on site and has a stunning view over the valley and provides fantastic sunsets in the late evening. We definitely hope to return for another stay."
