We arrived on motorcycles. They have a specific place to park, which is perfect. The reception was excellent no prompts at all and there’s close by restaurants that we could walk to.

Friendly Bilingual Staff at Desk

Traveling in this part of Quebec can be tough if you don’t speak French. We arrived late and my brain was tired but our friend at the front desk was super helpful. The room we originally were assigned had been smoked in so he graciously switched us to a new, fresh and clean room. Breakfast was very filling, the beds were very comfortable and the view from our 3rd floor room looked out over the St Laurence. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return someday.

Great stay!

I was hoping to run on the treadmill but it wasn't functioning properly. I think they need a better quality treadmill in there. The ventilation unit in my room was somewhat loud. Otherwise everything was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was great I would stay here again!

The arrival in the evening was really friendly and encouraging. The tomorrow morning for the checkout was quite cold without any greetings. The bedroom is ok, but why there is no soft lights close to the bed. Only the ceiling lights are available, this is aggressive for both, going to sleep and for the awakening...

Did a mistake when i reserved

Whe hadd to change room because there was no heat and I do big allergy to carpet they add no more so they give us à suite. The people that work at this hotel are more then fabulous. Dimetry did everything to help us. But one thing I didn’t know it’s I though I reserved with they hotel, and I had reserved by Expedia it was marked hotel. Com no more i Will reserved by that. We had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites Mont-Joli. The service at check-in was friendly and welcoming, and staff were helpful when we used the laundry — a much-appreciated perk after four days of camping. You can buy laundry soap at the front desk for $2, which was convenient. The pool was warm and relaxing, and we loved having access to the spa/hot tub and the sauna — a lovely surprise! The lobby was also a comfortable place to hang out, and we were intrigued by the hydroponic herb garden near the entrance. Breakfast was a highlight: delicious, included in the price, and plentiful. We especially enjoyed the waffles and yogurt, and there was a good hot selection too — sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns — all replenished promptly. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a bit sparsely decorated, and we did miss having bedside table lamps. The air conditioner was loud, but it helped block out other sounds, so we slept well. All in all, a great place to rest and recharge. We’d definitely stay again.
