After check-in. We went out of hotel for dinner and we were told to leave our room key at front desk. When we returned to hotel at 12am the hotel was locked and we could not enter. We buzzed the door and knocked for 15 minutes. We had to drive to different hotel to stay the night. I would like full refund.

Rustic and Charming with a Old house feel.

Once you understand that this is a rustic classical hotel with an Old Farmhouse feel you can relax and enjoy the experience , a modern trendy place this is not. It does have a fridge and kettle in the room , the hot water in the bathroom takes an age to arrive but is fine once it does. As mentioned in other reviews the floorboards creak and it was nessesary to leave the wardrobe door ajar to prevent it creaking when someone passes the room . Its rustic and charming in its own way.

We've booked and payed for 3 guests but were given a room with beds for 2 people. Sure, after an exposition the hotel brought the missing bed but they expected us to put the bed linen in place - so we did. We've had to remind that a third set of towels was still missing. Finally we waived the third "welcome package" (soap and so on). The bathroom smelled strongly and unbearable of mildew. The road was basically load of traffic all night long. The breakfast was expensive and did not offer much was the money.

Het is een oud pand, alles kraakt,vloeren zijn doorgezakt. Bedden zijn hard en laag. Veel geluidsoverlast van de drukke weg. Er staat een grote ventilator, maar die kan alleen op voluit stand, nog meer herrie. Kamers worden niet gelucht,voordat de gasten arriveren. Het ruikt muf,naar sigaretten. Ontbijt is sober, maar redelijk,qua prijs die er nog extra bovenop komt a€15 pp. Duur! Personeel is wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij gaan niet meer terug!

Buitengewoon gastvrij hotel, met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een aanrader, als je (zoals wij) Pairi Daiza hebt bezocht, en niet na een dag slenteren in de dierentuin, direct wil terugrijden naar Nederland.

Nedslidt hotel med mange mangler.

Personalet på hotellet var flinke og rare. Beliggenhed var OK som udgangspunkt for at se noget af Belgien. Super god restaurant som ikke tilhører hotellet. Praktisk at restauranten var i samme bygning. Hotellet er ekstremt nedslidt og ikke vedligeholdt. Det er næsten en umulig opgave at nævne alle manglerne. Alt i alt var hotellet en skuffende oplevelse.

Déception

La totalité de la chambre est décevant autant concernant la propreté (moisissures, poussières, pétales en forme de coeur restant de la Saint Valentin 2023...) que le confort (matelats inconfortables, lit d'appoint inconfortable...). L'isolation sonore est inexistante puisque nous avons entendu le bébé de la chambre d'à côté pleurer toute la nuit. Seul l'extérieur est charmant d'où notre déception concernant la qualité des services car le personnel n'a pas été accueillant. Heureusement, il y a netflix !!!

Er is al jaren niet meer geïnvesteerd in dit hotel en dat valt op. Eigenlijk moet het hele hotel volledig vernieuwd worden. De bedden gaven ons rugpijn. Er is geen haardroger aanwezig. Er is een smart TV op de kamer. Zelf hebben we er niet gegeten maar vermits alle tafels bezet waren ga ik ervan uit dat het een goed restaurant is. Het ontbijt was sober maar zeker voldoende. De kamers hadden al jaren geleden gerenoveerd moeten worden! De vloer van onze kamer was niet alleen aflopend, maar had ook een paar gaten, onder de vloerbedekking. Tegels in de badkamer afgebroken en schimmel op het plafond in de badkamer. Dun dekbed en nare kussens. Wonderlijk genoeg was de kamer wel zeer schoon.

We hadden geen warm water op de kamer dit aangegeven werd niet opgelost en vloer was bizonder slecht houten vloer waar regelmatig een plank weg was wat niet opviel door de vloerbedekking eroverheen.maar als je liep over de vloer leek je wel op een boot te zitten die beweging was niet normaal Badkamer kwam uit de jaren 80 en is nooit netjes afgewerkt restaurant was zeker goed en zat ook continu vol. Het gedeelte hotel werd erbij gedaan maar niet van harte
