Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn. The reception team, especially Leonie and Floriana, were absolutely amazing — very kind, helpful, and professional. They made my stay so pleasant from the moment I arrived. Also, the team at the breakfast area were wonderful — always smiling and making sure everything was perfect. Thank you all for the great hospitality! I’ll definitely choose this hotel again. 👏😊 Nearby shops and restaurants, also a bus station, thats wonderful!

Brand new hotel in a rapidly developing area. Very convenient location between Cologne and Düsseldorf. Very friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms and a good breakfast. Paid public parking adjacent to hotel is rather expensive. Overall good value.

Spotless hotel, great breakfast, best pancakes I’ve had in a long time. Room is quite modern and area is great as it’s connected to a shopping centre. My only criticism is the shower, I really don’t like open showers, would prefer a door to keep the rest of the bathroom dry, but this is relatively minor and most hotels seem to be doing this sadly.

Kamer was super, heel fijn bed, mooie schone badkamer met fijne shampoo en douchegel, personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt uitgebreid en erg lekker. Zeer mooi hotel! Parkeren kun je onder het hotel (linker entree als je voor de ingang staat) in een algemene parkeergarage maar handiger is om te parkeren op het parkeerdek (rechter entree als je voor de ingang van de parkeergarage staat) waarbij je zo het hotel in kan lopen.

Bien, salvo el agua caliente

El hotel está muy bien, relativamente nuevo todo, el desayuno es bueno y el muchacho que atiende el desayuno tiene una velocidad de trabajo espectacular. El problema fue que en los 4 días que estuve durante la mañana no tenía agua caliente, el primer día llamé a recepción y nadie me atendió, luego de 3 dias me explicaron que el problema era porque todos los huéspedes se bañaban a la misma hora, de noche siempre había agua caliente, creo que deben mejorar dicho problema Luego todo ok, la ubicación es buena para las ferias y la relación precio calidad buena también. El servicio de habitación es cada 3 días y cuando uno llega la cama está en un formato no amigable.

1h nach Check- In war das Zimmern endlich fertig. Die Hunde mussten daher ewig im warten weil wir morgens bereits anreisten und nach 16 Uhr erst ins Zimmer konnten. Das Mann und Kind bereits auf der Messe warteten und ich kaum noch dort hin brauchte (1/2h Fahrt, 20.00 Zapfenstreich) wurde völlig wegignoriert und die Bezahlung des Tieraufpreises (25,-) priorisiert. Genervt als Aufwandsentschädigung gab es das Angebot eines Getränks am Abend an der Bar. (wir waren mit Kind nach 23.00 zurück). Pluspunkt gibt es für die Sauberkeit im Haus und im Zimmer, wobei morgens das Personal mit dem Freiräumen und Reinigen der Tische zum Frühstück nicht hinterher kam und man teilweise ewig auf das Nachfüllen der Brötchen warten musste. Das Haus an sich dennoch sehr schön und theoretisch zum Wohlfühlen alles da. Schade!
