TRÈS BON RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel agréable, au service des clients. Très bonne animation particulièrement grande qualité du responsable animation Jumbo tours, très soucieux de la diversité des activités pour tous les âges et tous les styles. Veille à la qualité de toute son équipe.

Absolutely negative. Do not stay. The property is old and they have insects crawling over beds/floor. The staff do not care about your concerns. The internet does not work. Ever. They have one unsecure open connection for the whole hotel which only works in the lobby. The staff are rude and do not care about the service. The food is mediocre and the location is in the middle of nowhere. The reception staff and the 'managers' really need to learn customer service. The arrogance is unbelievable. Take your money and burn it, you'll feel more satisfied. Also, the beach is not clean !! There's a waste stream entering the sea a short distance from the beach, there's an offshore platform and the sand is littered with rubbish and algae. It smells of rotten fish too. AVOID.

We find roach on our room and the air-condition is turn off because the direction of hotel they said is not to hot, but in Tunisia the degration is 34 on this momemt. The service and the food is very bad. No comment I fil I lost time and money.

Bed sheets not clean

We checked in and left with in 2 hours. I pulled back the sheets and it looked like they have never been changed from the last guest. The Staff did not care. Sad really

Bel hôtel qui se détériore aux fil des années.

Cela reste un bon hôtel mais dites vous bien que la qualité n'est pas comparable avec un hôtel français, pour les tarifs qu'il pratique cela reste très convenable mais prévoir la demie pension car le faire à l'arrivée vous coûtera plus cher. Pour ce qui est du salon de massage faite en un pour décider si vous prendrez un forfait , prix avantageux mais ils peuvent être de mauvaise qualité.

Bad experience

It was a one night stay at this hotel and I don't think there will be any others. The hotel itself is fine, not bad at all, food is fine too. But around 9 pm on that night the water at the entire hotel had broken and we stayed without water in the bathrooms for the whole night and the following morning. They said that it is broken on the entire area and it will be back very soon, we checked out and still there is no water, I asked for some sort of compensation on my way out but i was refused. I found out later on at the airport that this is a very common problem at that area and alot of near by hotels had installed a huge water tank to face this problem, this hotel didn't even bother

Although I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I was disappointed that the lift didn't work and I had to climb 3 flights of stairs to my room. I do understand that the tourists are thin on the ground, but hopefully that should change in the near future so the hotel management should make sure that the few people that are there are well looked after.

great value for money

Nice clean large bedroom with lovely en suite, food was ok with a decent range. Lovely reception area. Nice pool with plenty of sun beds. The beach was my favourite place to chill out, great choice of water sports, the sand was fine and the sea was shallow for quite a way out, so nice and safe for the kids

Hotel 4 étoiles que peut faire mieux

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec deux ados. L'hotel se trouve très près de l'aéroport vous pouvez le joindre à pied, comme c'était la baisse saison nous n'avons pas entendu beaucoup d'avions. Nous avons eu une chambre familiale pour quatre côté rue, pas de bruit mais odeur à fumé tard dans la nuit et nous nous sommes réveillés une fois a cause de ça. Le dernier jour ils ont fait la chambre à 15hs après d'avoir réclamé à la réception 4 fois! L'équipe d'animation très sympa. La nourriture bien, piscine propre et grande. Piscine couverte bien, il y a pas mal des transats cassé, c'est dommage.
