Convenient but deserves the zero rating.

Quaint little Hotel in Menton close to the beach and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only let down was the condition and quality of the room and the Hotel generally. Deserves the 0 star rating.

Hôtel modeste mais propre. La chambre est très simple mais suffisante pour une ou 2 nuits. La tv ne fonctionne pas. Le hôtel est idéalement situé au coeur de menton et à 200 m de la mer.

Hôtel bien situé dans le vieux Menton à 2 pas de la mer, calme. Chambre au 1er faisant face à un immeuble très proche, donc très sombre et aucune visibilité. Carrelage sol et douche, fêlés. Robinets de douches à l'extérieur de la douche, rideau très long, pas pratique. Cintres rouillés. Tringle rideau de la fenêtre qui ne tient pas et en mauvais état, est tombée lorsque j'ai tiré le rideau. Portant instable, il a failli se renverser. Je n'en ai pas eu besoin en cette saison mais ventilateur rouillé. Très mauvaise réception des chaînes télé, impossible de suivre un programme. Couloir de l'hôtel dans un état déplorable. Lit assez confortable mais draps avec trous. Salle pour le petit déjeuner sans fenêtre, chaises en plastique pas très propres. Très décevant quand on arrive après un long voyage et qu'on veut se poser on a qu'une envie, ressortir.

DECEVANT, A EVITER

Très décevant et indigne de l'image de marque de la ville de Menton (photos à disposition car impossibles à joindre) : - dans le couloir encombré d'une grande planche en bois déposée le long du mur, une vieille moquette rouge toute tachée mène à la chambre, - la poignée de la porte de la salle de bains est cassée, la barre porte serviettes n'est pas fixée, l'entourage du bac à douche que nous n'avons pas osé utiliser est tout moisi et écaillé, 2 portes de la douche ont été remplacées par un rideau rouge en vulgaire tissu tout froissé, - dans la chambre quadruple à 110€, pas une seule chaise à disposition pour poser nos affaires, une petite table aux bords dépeints sur laquelle repose une petite télé en remplacement de celle fixée au mur qui ne fonctionne plus, un mur blanc auréolé de jaune, une fenêtre qui donne sur un toit en tôle encombré de bouts de bois cassés. De plus, de retour du corso nocturne le 21 février 2019, nous étions attendus ainsi que d'autres occupants par la dame qui nous avaient accueillis à notre arrivée et qui nous a fermement demandé de nous secouer pour éviter les confettis dans la chambre Conclusion : Seul point positif : l'emplacement de cet établissement

Das einzige was an dem Hotel als gut zu bezeichnen ist, ist die Lage und dass, das Personal relativ freundlich war. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer voller Schmutz und Schimmel, die Schranktür hat gefehlt so wie der Toilettendeckel und das Zimmer an sich war so klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. In der Dusche hatte man kaum Platz und konnte sich nur mangelhaft bewegen(Die Badezimmertür konnte man nicht mal ganz öffnen). Außerdem ist zu betonen, dass ein undichtes Wasserrohr im Badezimmer mit aufgewickelten Handtüchern abgedichtet wurde! Auch gibt es keine richtige Rezeption und keinen seperaten Bereich zum frühstücken. Dieser ist im gleichem Raum wie die "Rezeption", welche nur ein Tisch mitten im Keller ist. Das Frühstück isst man dann unten im Keller, in dem sich nicht mal ein Fenster befindet und für diesen Preis ist das viel zu überteuert!! Im großen und ganzen, ist das Hotel NICHT weiter zu empfehlen!

Posizione strategica

L'hotel si trova a due passi da tutto: mare, museo, lungomare, vie principali, mc donald's, ottimi ristoranti e bar, etc etc ma la struttura avrebbe bisogno di ristrutturazione e maggiore cura. Le camere sono claustrofobiche, dimensioni piccole e poco aerate. Buono come hotel per brevi soste. La colazione e' ottima, ricca e fresca. Il personale e' cortese e disponibile (parlano solo francese e inglese).
