The room was very cosy and I loved the decor. The resort also had a good vibe and great facilities to use. I didn't like the fact that there was no tv in the room and also the main reason why I booked this was due to the bikes that were advertised in the images. I was very disappointed that these were no longer being offered to guests. I think maybe the images with the bikes should be removed as this is false advertisment.

We had an absolutely amazing time at LalaGalu. There are too many individuals to name that made our stay amazing. We will definitely be coming back. A big highlight was the food which was unbelievable! Big credit to the chefs.

The staff was very kind and always helpful. Unfortunately the service was extremely slow (sometime waiting for the breakfast for 50 min or 40 minutes for a cocktail, although there are not many guests). The breakfast options were good, a little bit limited though after a few days. Food on general was excellent quality and taste (just slow). The facilities were limited at the room, so there is not much space. Generally perfect place for 2-3 nights but don’t recommend it for a whole week. Pool was good, beach just infront. It’s also a Instagram hotspot for local people.

I really felt excited when I booked this trip, it was a solo one but I never felt lonely.I am so glad I did because i am leaving here better than I came, all the staff are just so down to earth and loveable, be it the reception,cleaning,service,kitchen…my needs were always fulfilled.To be honest I will miss this place,already do. Another thing the food was perfect,I loved everything I ate,special shout out to Chef Harry. His brown bread was amazing,My day was never made without it. We stayed in Kenya (Nairobi, Mombasa, Diani Beach-2 hotels) for over 2 weeks and this is by far the highlight of our trip! We will definitely be back sometime over the next few months. The location, the ambiance, the designs, the rooms, the cleanliness, the beach, the location of the beach which is an open beach a few meters away from a social game and sports area, the food and again the food, the service and most importantly, the PEOPLE made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had. There are many restaurants in Diani but the food was so good that we would just keep coming back (sometimes after our first restaurant reservation elsewhere). The people there were fabulous (especially Stalix, Ibrahim and the managers are all dedicated to service you). Thank you we will be back!

Toller Aufenthalt mit einem besonderem Flair! Die Zimmer könnten etwas smarter sein, mehr Stauraum, Kleiderbügel, Kühlschrank, Föhn, etc. Wären nett gewesen. Auch schade, dass Wasser nur teuer erworben werden kann undnin der Nähr kein Supermarkt war. Aber der Service, das Restaurant und das Ambietente haben alles wieder weg gemacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
