"To fellow travelers: you don’t even need to leave the airport if you use Itami Osaka airport. Very nice and clean. Just FYI, no washing machine but walking distance around 15 minutes. No need to buy detergent, too. Prepare 100 en coins. "

"Very convenient hotel as it is located right across the train station. It's at the very top of a mall/shopping building. Has an adjoining parking garage. Parking is not free for hotel guests. They will validate your parking ticket for ¥1000. Buffet was good, variety was ok. Its not a very large dining area but the turnaround is quick. Highlight would have to be the the small onsite spa/onsen. It's on the top most floor, not large but has everything you need. I would go for a quick soak after a long day and use the steam room as well. It was great to end your long day with a nice hot soak for your tired body."

"Amazing location with magnificent views, service was excellent and very accommodating staff who looked after us well. The dinner and breakfast was quality! Free coffee, wine and desserts at the lobby was a nice touch."
