Everything was amazing. The beach is very close. The staff is super helpful but the only thing that was a bit upsetting is the pool closes early at 7pm & we couldn’t have our drinks by the pool. But other than that it was perfect. The tiki bar has amazing food!! & the prices are great for the food & drinks

The room is nice, the view is spectacular, it has a pool, direct access to the beach and many mini shops inside however at night even though I turned off the air conditioning I felt cold, the staff was friendly and as for the valet parking it is not bad but if you leave at the times when you check in, check out or in the evenings you have to wait longer than normal the same with the elevators, but for the price I feel satisfied

The room was okay. Bathrooms wasnt satisfactory. The shower floor looked gross, with rust and some white stuff all over. Wasnt any of the bathrooms pictured. The acces to the beach was good. The overall experience of our visit was great. The check- in was easy and quick, finding the location was easy. Room was perfect for us the sliding door to the balcony handle was broken but we could still open the door.If you stay during the middle of summer the AC will not be efficient enough to keep room cool. Valet is great but if you want your car expect at least 30 minutes wait to get your vehicle. The restaurant that is on location was wonderful didnt even know it was there. Need to promote it more.
