We had good communication with Chris at the beginning but when multiple issues occurred we lost time from our short weekend away. The refrigerator froze my insulin and I travel a lot and that has never happened. The shower burned my foot which is not good. He sent someone that I guess manages his locations. This gentlemen was suppose to come at 1 PM and when I reached out at 1:15 PM he said the gentleman had an emergency. At this point 2 of us had not showered due to the water was fluctuating from luke warm to scolding. They then sent a plumber. The entire mixer in the shower needed to be changed. This now had taken about 4-5 hours of our time. The Fontanblue is expensive so be prepared. Things happen but I rent about 4-6x a year from VRBO. We would like to be reimbursed financially some way but we have not gotten any response. We are going to cancel our upcoming rentals and hope that we have a better experience then this one.
