It’s acceptable. I stayed alone in a one-bed room. It was small but neat and clean. Also, it was quiet, so that was a plus. If you’re not planning to stay in the room, then you’re ok here.

All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Victoria was very nice. The room was clean and well mantained. The restaurant staff was also very attentive. I traveled with my daughter and we always felt safe here. They hold your luggage for free if your flight arrives early or leaves late. Would definitely stay here again.

Located just about 1 minute walk from the Zocalo, Palacio de Hierro, and all the amazing sights in central CDMX.Staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Very quiet. Roble has all you need for a great, stress-free trip.

So close to everything walking distance. Room was very clean and bathroom was spotless. Bed was comfortable and The AC was cold and nice! The price per night was fantastic. Only thing I was not to crazy about was no view from windows. I would stay here again 👍

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Overall it has a great customer service; however this time one of the pillowcases looked like it was soiled and the toilet seat needs to replaced because it looks old.

Close to downtown

The hotel is nice. But the rings are extremely small. Bed inches away from the door. Which serves as no privacy. Can hear everything. Which made hard to sleep. Also the bathroom has a step which we almost fell everytime. Very clean, high standards. But not for families. Name individual or couple.

I love the area the hotel is located at. You can walk easily to all the cool places in the historic center. The hotel is very clean and I love the ceiling fans and the AC is super cold in the rooms! The only thing I hated was I could hear some of the guest in other rooms. I have stayed here twice and both times I have not received a room with a window that I can open as they all go to a a little square were you see a wall only. I'm sure they have street views but may be a suite or something like that. I would stay here again as the location and the price were fantastic!!
