New remodel of a house into a small hotel. Nicely done, great location. Only problem was I had a small room and my 2 friend each had a bigger room with a great view ( which I didn't have) and we all paid the same price which was a little pricey even for the better rooms!
Excelente ubicación a precio razonable, cerca de puntos de interés y de restaurantes muy buenos. Un aspecto en el que podrían mejorar, es mejorar la insonorización de la habitación, aveces se escuchaba el ruido del exterior pero nada grave. Volveríamos a hospedarnos sin pensarlo, pero pueden mejorar ese aspecto.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, la habitación queda en segundo piso con escalera de caracol muy angosta y peligrosa, el resumidero de la regadera no sirve y se inunda, el agua al bañarse se sale por falta de cancel en la mitad y termina todo mojado, el baño mide 1 m por 1.5 m aprox
El señor que recibe es muy amable
El baño de la habitación que nos tocó necesita servicio urgente ya que se llena de humedad rápidamente, incluso se puede ver en las paredes que ya hay moho, así que necesita problamente un extractor o alguna otra modificación. Lo otro que llamó mi atención es que hay solo una persona encargada, como seguridad, ya sea durante el día o la noche y eso si me generó preocupación porque a veces esta persona tiene que entrar a la casa-habitación a atender ya sea a los huéspedes u otras situaciones y la entrada queda sola. Por cierto, como a la tercera vez que entramos a la casa nos dimos cuenta que en realidad la puerta siempre estaba abierta y no había necesidad de tocar el timbre, por eso se que no siempre estaba la persona ahi en recepción.
Muy limpia en general, muy cuidada, segura, personal atento, la cama super cómoda, buenos restaurantes a 1 cuadra, el sábado hay un tianguis cultural igual a 1 cuadra, el parque, todo excelente, cuando tenga que ir a CDMX regreso!
