Aircon was an absolute lifesaver and allowed us a comfortable few days to enjoy company in an apartment that had everything we needed for entertainment, cooking, and dining facilities. Top bonus was the proximity to the beach - quite literally a skip, hop, and jump. So, we really loved the experience of having breakfast out on the balcony and then walking to the beach for a swim before the heat got too much (followed by a fair bit of hopping back across the hot sand :-D. The rooms were clean and tidy and thoughtfully provided with all the linen and bathroom consumables imaginable. Thank you so much to our host for giving us the best opportunity to enjoy a family Christmas together in comfort. "

"View from the balcony amazing, we were on the 24th floor, could see for miles. Staff friendly and willing to help. Easy car parking below, at an extra cost. Great selection of bars and restaurants extremely close by so not limited to hotel, the view from their restaurant was fab though. Only 2 issues, not complaints! Firstly, I would have loved a chair on balcony rather than dragging out room chair and secondly I currently have a really sore knee and both the escalator and elevator were down for maintenance the day we were leaving. "

"Great property in easy reach o the shops and restaurants along the Scarborough beach front. Also excellent for viewing sunsets from the balcony "

"Best location, we went to the beach every morning with the boogie boards and the kids had a blast. It was clean but definitely in need of a renovation. The sliding door is difficult to open, the main hot plate and grill elements need replacing, the taps are difficult to turn off. But everything you need is there and the location was the absolute greatest. Night markets Thursday on the beach front were amazing! "
