Use the valet for your luggage unless you want to carry your bags up and down at least four normal flights of stairs on the way to the elevators. The food in the restaurant was rather bland. The breakfast is pricey at 500 pesos per person. Otherwise, the hotel is great, well-located, and staff is helpful. The standard room is a bit cramped.

This hotel was a great location near the main pedestrian street...but some distance 915-20 minutes to center by foot. It's a lovely, clean modern hotel, with a rooftop pool and bar. They could use a bit more shade around the pool area, though. Would be good to add some umbrellas there. Merida is really hot!! it was 101 degrees F every day we were there.

It was about a 20 minute walk to the Cathedral, and many shops and restaurants. Shopping centers in front and back of hotel. I drove from Cancun and getting to the hotel was a little tricky. The colonial buildings and houses were amazing in downtown centro Merida overall it was wonderful, also drove to Progresso which was only about 45 minutes away, wonderful beach and food.

One of the best options in Merida. Close to Paseo Montejo and various touristic attractions. Service from Victor, Enrique, Angel and excellent Chefs Alam and Silvano at Peregrina and Lounge Club at 17th floor made the difference. Although there was some A/C issue at my room the front desk staff worked diligently and solve the issue and offer another room. Worth the money.

Great pool, large, on third floor, sun only in the morning to about 1030, windy but welcome, bar by pool good too, well equipped gym, no classes, cleaning staff excellent, very walkable! Great area, no balcony, limited to two pucks of coffee in room. Overall experience was great.

Very good stay , big rooms . Doors are very noisy from the other rooms , missing something to smooth their closîng . Breakfast : good breakfast , just wishing that we could have a real orange juice instead of a powder drink with no taste at all . Its suppose to be Hyatt Regency !
