Great place to unwind

Lovely small hotel close to all amenities in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the homey feeling at this hotel…the owner went out of his way to help us with tours and transportation. We would highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place, great location amazing staff.

Really beautiful and perfect location! Right next to an amazing park and it’s a good walk to city center, staff super friendly, helpful and understanding, I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Room very spacious and the whole place is recently refurbished so very organised and clean. I loved it.

When we arrived, we discovered there is a gas leak from the kitchen stove, and we let the owner know immediately. He told us to shut off the valve, but the gas continued to spread up to the upper floor where we were staying. It was worrisome And very stinky. He did not come to deal with it. When we were leaving for dinner, right next-door there was a club that started playing very loud music. This continued until 4 AM in the morning. It was a terrible experience all around. The owner should've been more on top of things. I asked for a refund, and the owner stated that if I wasn't pleased by the next morning that we could have a refund for the remaining three days. Then when we asked for the refund, he gave us a hard time and we only received two days of refund. We spent a lot of time dealing with this, and then we had to still find accommodation for the rest of our stay.

Excelente localização!!!

Excelente localização, próximo a restaurante, cafeterias, minimercados e aos pontos de embarques das excursões. Não possui café da manhã na estadia, mas disponibiliza uma cafeteira com café e vc pode fazer seu café em qualquer parte do dia tranquilamente, excelente para nós que saíamos muito cedo para os passeios. Wi-fi muito bom. Anfitrião atento e muito gentil.

Ruim! Casa antiga e fria!

Razoável, uma casa antiga e gélida, sem calefação, somente ar condicionado que não dá conta nos dias frios, quase congelei no primeiro dia! O quarto que ficamos era minúsculo sem calefação, sem TV e o banheiro era menor ainda! Cama ruim! Faltou energia na primeira noite e não havia mais ninguém na casa pra nos ajudar, foi uma experiência muito ruim! Não me senti confortável em nenhum momento! O que tinha de bom era a sala de jantar que tinha uma vista bonita do pátio e a localização na tua mais tradicional da cidade! Porém há outras opções no centro que são muito melhores! Não reservaria novamente! Ainda bem que o anfitrião nos ofereceu o cancelamento e o estorno do valor da reserva e fomos pra um apart hotel muito mais confortável!

Excellente localisation. Si vous n’attribuez aucune valeur au déjeuner, c’est un 4.5 ou un 5 compte tenu de sa localisation. Toutefois, on y promet un déjeuner. C’est de loin le pire déjeuner que j’ai eu en 6 semaines en Argentine et Chili. Servi dans une pièce où vous devez porter votre manteau tellement il y fait froid.
