Very good service amongst all around the area very helpful and nice decent rooms amongst many around good value for money . Beautiful views from the rooms and both restaurants of the hotel especially N26 is amazingly good .

Tolle Lage ,gutes Frühstück, nette Mitarbeiter, fairer Preis . Nicht gut: keine Seife, kein Schampoo, etc im Bad ! Spiegel nur für Zwerge geeignet, reichte mir bis zur Schulter.

El peor hotel de mi vida

La verdad que antes de promocionar un hotel, deberian ver siblas fotos sonbreales, restaurante cerreado, sabanas horribles, toallas literalmente es como secarse con papel, ningun articulo de aseo en el baño, habitación deplorable, baño antiguo, no tenian ni hielo para vender ni menos como servicio al huésped, la verdad que el hotel esta en un estado de abandono y muy deplorable, para su precio, no tuve de otra opción ya que la habitación es no reembolsable no lo recomiendo

Die Anforderungen an ein 2 Sterne-Hotel werden erfüllt. Jedoch haben die Zimmer auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Das Zimmer war sauber und hat den Zweck für eine Übernachtung erfüllt. Das Schloss am Zimmer 10 müsste repariert werden, da dieses nur mit sehr viel Geduld geöffnet bzw. geschlossen werden kann. Vom kleinen Balkon hat man eine gute Sicht auf den Luganersee. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Der Frühstücksraum gleicht eher einer alten Werkskantine als einem Hotel. Schon ist auch der Aussenbereich wo man Frühstüken könnte, ich habe mich dagegen entschieden, da ich die Esswaren nicht über die vielbefahrene Strasse zum Ufer des Sees tragen wollte. Trotzdem hat mir der Aufenthalt nicht schlecht gefallen.

Endroit merveilleux. Personnel très sympathique et très serviable. Chambre propre mais du mobilier catastrophique !!! Lit inconfortable et structure mobilière désuète.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 32 und das hätte so für diesen Preis nie vermietet werden dürfen. Das Badmöbel total defekt, die Duschwand schimmlig unten, das Bettgestell abgewetzt, die Steckdose halb aus der Wand. Weder ein Ventilator noch eine Klima bei knapp 34 Grad und das zu Fr. 161.- geht gar nicht.......

Terrible hotel.

The location is perfect, however there a various problems with this hotel. The room was dirty, hairs & crumbs all over the floor, TV & AC remotes had brown dirt around the buttons. In the bathroom the plug socket was hanging off the wall with exposed live wires! The mirror was smeared in god knows what. The hair dryer was a fire hazard! Plugged it into a fixed plug socket & the hairdryer motor was completely loose & started to burn. There was lots of noise until midnight & windows are only single glazed so road noise is loud. Breakfast was awful coffee machine broken &’poor quality food. What a disappointment, this hotel has so much potential if only the owners bothered to clean properly & up date the decor & some furnishings. I have stayed in 12 different hotels in Lugano as I travel there monthly for work & I can honestly say this was the worst one ever. The owners didn’t seems to take my comments on board or really care. I have never complained to any hotels but this time I had too as I felt it was that bad. I gave them the hairdryer & stated it was a fire hazard & that there cleaner should be fired. The towels in the bathroom smelt bad & were so thin the tore easily. I honestly can’t understand how they think their hotel is acceptable. If I’d of booked that for a holiday I would have been extremely disappointed, luckily I was only there one night. Please do not book this hotel if you come to Lugano. Lugano is a lovely place full of lovely people but this hotel is awful.

Preis- Leistung naja...

Die Lage ist gut und direkt am See nur durch die Strasse getrennt. Eigene Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Der Empfang und der Check In geschah schnell und unkompliziert durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer ist von der Grösse und Sauberkeit her ok. Etwas sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Kleines Bad, unpraktisches Lavabo unter dem Spiegel. Unser Bett ist für ältere Leute völlig ungeeignet, da es nur ca 30 cm hoch ist. Der grosse Balkon hat eine super Sicht auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Im Sommer fehlen allerdings Liegestühle, wenn der Balkon schon so gross ist. Tisch und Stühle sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück entspricht nicht den Bildern auf der Homepage (vlt wegen Corona). Es war ok aber nicht mehr, ich habe mehr erwartet. Wenigstens gibt es frischen Bohnenkaffee. Preis- Leistung naja ist halt Tessin.
