Luxe Family Villa with pool

Spacious villa with swimming pool surrounded by aromatic trees and ornamental plants with a large garden to enjoy the best of Salento and Puglia for a holiday of relaxation and well-being.

Villa with three bedrooms, two on the first floor and one in a comfortable lower floor ventilated, with 3 bathrooms, large verandas, carefully furnished in every detail.

Its position makes it unique, as it is located in a quiet area, near the charm of the olive groves and the zen sound of the cicadas, far from high-speed roads and close to the amazing beaches (1200 m) and places of tourist interest, easy to reach. Tall trees offer the right shelter to better enjoy outdoor spaces in total harmony with nature.

Equipped with full kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, TV, WI-FI internet, alarm, barbecue area, hammock, sunbeds, sofas and pool shared with another apartment within the same property. Bicycles are available on request.

Ery nice stay with very nice hoasts

It is clean and large and with a big garden and pool. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and having both dinner and reading a book in the evening.

Beach cottage vibe

I was so pleased with the casual beach vibe of this town. Some great places for dinners, lunch and gelato!! Pretty towns so close to visit and the ocean was breathtaking!! The caretakers of this property treated us like family they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed!!

Schönes Villa wie auf denn Bildern zu sehen.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit was nicht immer der Fall ist und die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich. Espresso haben wir auch serviert bekommen. Nur zu empfehlen.

Bellissima villa con piscina

La casa è davvero molto bella e le foto rispecchiano esattamente la realtà. Gli spazi esterni sono ampi e molto curati, forniti di sdraio, amaca, divanetti...tutto nuovo ed in perfette condizioni. Il giardino e la piscina sono perfettamente mantenuti e curati. Le tre camere sono arredate con gusto e anche la biancheria è di ottima qualità. Alessio è sempre stato velocissimo nelle risposte e molto disponobile. Il signor Giuseppe e la moglie che si sono occupati del check in e della logistica sono persone molto operative e precise oltre che di una cortesia e disponibilità rare:. Consiglio a tutti di passare una vacanza in questa splendida proprietà e visitare le bellezze straordinarie del territorio pugliese.

Ruime woning met mooi zwembad en gastvrije ontvangst

Bij aankomst bij de woning werden we enthousiast ontvangen. De eigenaar reed ons zelfs in eigen auto door het dorp om de belangrijkste functies en tips te tonen. Super! De woning is ruim en heeft een mooi grote veranda. De tuin is goed onderhouden, evenals het zwembad. De woning is niet (overdreven) luxe maar heeft wel alles wat je nodig hebt. Echt prima! Fijne vakantie gehad!

Everything you could want in a vacation home!

Although Joseph and his lovely wife spoke limited English, they were very congenial hosts. The owner was away but kept in contact with us and his parents were often on site cleaning yard and pool. Joseph was of major assistance to us when our baby stroller went missing in transit. He found a baby stroller for us to use and worked with the airlines to find our stroller and personally delivered it to us. We were a family of 3 adults and a 6 month old. The house had more than enough space to fill our needs. Everything was very well planned out and the air conditioning kept us cool. Lovely yard and pool! House was close to the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this home.

Maison très propre, joliment décorée et très bien équipée, quartier très calmr et jardin clôt rès agréable avec la piscine et les transats, les enfants étaient ravis! Une mention spéciale pour les parents du propriétaire qui habitent juste à côté et qui sont absolument adorables et très serviables tout en restant discrets. Nous étions tristes de partir et nous recommandons cette location sans l'ombre d'une hésitation!

Great location for exploring southern Puglia!

The home was well maintained, equipped and comfortable. The outdoor space was lovely with the pool, dining patio and even a grill. The beach was a 5 minute drive away (paid parking) and the parents living next door were delightful and very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent villa and great host!

We stayed here during August 2018 and had a fantastic time. The villa is great - we had a family of five (3 kids) and hit the pool every day. The place is clean and tidy and Alessio and his family are perfect hosts. The villa is located within driving distance of some really nice beaches and there is lots to do in the region. We spent two weeks there and would definitely come back if we are heading to Italy - thoroughly enjoyed it.

Nous avons passé , mon mari et nos deux enfants de 11 et 13 ans, des vacances magnifiques à Torre dell’Orso. La maison et le jardin sont très bien entretenus et il y fait bon vivre. De plus, les parents du propriétaire qui vivent dans la villa mitoyenne sont d’un accueil et d’une gentillesse exemplaires. Ils nous ont fait découvrir les lieux à voir et donné quelques adresses de restaurants (remarquables d’ailleurs). Nous avons partagé des caffè et des lemoncello régulièrement avec eux. Rien d’envahissant dans leur présence. Ils se sont levés à 5:00 du matin pour nous préparer le petit déjeuner lors de notre départ. À conseiller vivement!

Had a lovely relaxing week here. Gardens and pool are beautiful and spacious. The veranda was a lovely space to hang out in the evenings or as some shade in the day. House well equipped with everything we could need. Best of all were Alessio’s parents who live next door who were so welcoming, helpful and kind. They even bought up a lovely breakfast and coffee on our last day!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette villa bien entretenue et équipée, vous avez même 3 vélos à disposition pour découvrir la côte. Les hôtes sont accueillants, et s’ils passent quelques jours dans la partie mitoyenne de la villa, ils ne sont pas envahissants, seule la piscine est à partager avec leurs petits enfants. En revanche, nous avons eu la surprise de trouver que l’une des chambres avec salle de bain se situe au sous sol, c’est à dire sans fenêtre, et cela n’etait pas signalé dans l’annonce. Ce n’est pas un inconvénient si vous n’etes pas claustrophobe, la ventilation est assurée par un système d’extraction d’air que vous pouvez faire fonctionner à volonté. Et de toutes façons nous vivions plus dehors, dans le jardin ou à la plage que dans la chambre. Bref, c’est un bel endroit agréable, décoré avec goût, à l’ecart de la folie de la côte, mais assez près pour en profiter facilement.

Vacanza insuperabile!!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Villa di Alessio e dei suoi genitori nell'ultima settimana di agosto....beh...che dire, è stata una vacanza perfetta, sotto ogni punto di vista. La casa rispecchia perfettamente le foto che sono sul sito, perfettamente arredata e molto pulita. Il giardino perfettamente curato e la piscina da favola. Per non parlare dei Signori Pino e Giovanna, che sono stati disponibili e molto ospitali fin dal primo momento. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero indimenticabile!!! Consiglio vivamente una vacanza a Torre dell'Orso, ma soprattutto nella Villa di Alessio e della sua famiglia....non ve ne pentirete!!!! Sharon

Excellent choix pour la famille

Nous avons passés une semaine formidable dans une villa à Toro dell'Orso. La villa est très bien aménagée, très propre et comfortable.Mes deux enfants (4 et 6 ans) ne voulaient pas sortir de la piscine! Le jardin avec l'espace BBQ est très reposant et calme, nous avons mangé sur la terrasse tous les jours. Les hosts sont très gentils et ont bien pris soin de nous tout au long de notre séjour. Il y a eu des vélos à notre disposition, nous avons fait des petits excursions à la plage. Les vacances inoubliables et on reviendra certainement l'année prochaine!

Just perfect what else!!!

Our two weeks holidays in July 2017 spent in this wonderful estate were just fabulous, our twins didn't want to leave anymore. All mentioned items written in the site are not only real but even better, and the pictures shown are not representative enough of the beauty of the villa. We found usefull al the equipments included the bbq ( for which Alessio gave us some coal) Air conditioning was really appreciated particularly some hot days at 36🌞 The swimming pool cleaned every single day ( really impressive job believe me). Alessio's family helped us a lot with our 10 y old twins and their kindness was immeasurable, just think that the day of our departure ( 6:00 am) his father brought us some finest local croissants just baked from the best baker in Salento: Dentoni!!! Try it!!! Wéll be back as soon as we can with great pleasure. Thanks again for this unforgettable holiday. Claudio, Esther, Tiziana and Antonio from raining weather in PARIS

Nice house and beauty garden in a quiet area

The house is amazing, very nice garden with swimming pool shared with the next apartment where owner's parent live. They are very helpful and respectful, you can't notice they are there but always offering us the best of them. We really want to thank them for their hospitality. There are three big rooms but space enough for 8 people. Walking distance to Torre del Orso. WIFI available but limited.

We stayed there for one week. The house was fantastic and everything was perfect arranged. The parents of the owner were very kind and they took care that everything that we needed was complete. The house, swimmingpool and garden were very clean and in good shape. We can recommend this house to all people who like to have an relaxed holiday. The house is situated about 5 minutes from a wonderful beach. You also can use the 2 bikes which are present. We had a very nice en relaxed holiday at the south of Italy.

Casa vacanze da sogno!

Una vacanza perfetta! Alessio e la sua famiglia sono stati disponibili sin dal primo momento in cui abbiamo iniziato a prendere informazioni, e l'accoglienza in loco non è stata da meno. La villa è perfettamente corrispondente alle foto, dotata di ogni possibile comfort, in più abbiamo trovato tutto dalla carta igienica alla carbonella per il barbecue, dai detersivi agli asciugamani per il mare. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata per cui è tutto nuovo e perfettamente pulito, il giardino molto curato e la piscina da sogno. La veranda di casa, con tavolo molto grande e soggiorno tutto in legno e bambù, è indimenticabile, abbiamo trascorso ogni sera all'aperto nel relax più totale! In conclusione, una vacanza da sogno, in una villa da sogno, con una accoglienza seria e cordiale, consiglio personalmente questo contatto e questa location, non ve ne pentirete mai! Grazie ancora ad Alessio e la sua famiglia!
