Very affordable. Fantastic Location. Whilst it appears an older style motel rooms are modern and so clean. Large shower with very good water pressure. Very spacious and comfortable for our 2 night stay

The staff from start to finish were amazing! Marie was very helpful and personal! The housekeeping staff were great! Easy to use bus , close by to get into the CBD. Breakfast was only available on certain days.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding at Ballara in Eltham. Room was very clean. Quiet area. Room was nice and warm overnight. Bed was comfortable. Sufficient amount of soap, shampoo, conditioner. House keeping was great also. The beautiful garden ideal for a small wedding. Don't let the antique furniture put you off. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.
