This was the lousiest hotel I have ever stayed in, at 6:30 the chairs from breakfast started, then all day the motorcycle delivery men use this street as a hangout between delivers till about 9-10pm once they quiet down the music from a club starts till 1 am. Don’t book here if you like to sleep in, go to bed early or take naps. On the other hand if you are here to party the staff was great and the room more than satisfactory. Also the internet is basically useless for 4 days of my visit. If you do stay here DO Not stay on the 5th floor and not a room to the front of the building. That would likely solve a great deal of my issues.

Estuve quedandome una semana, la localización es la excelente y buen servicio de limpieza. Todo queda cerca y “walking distance” de poblado y provenza. El cuarto es simple con los necesario. Buen aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Por otro lado, desde el jueves hasta el sábado se escucha TODO el ruido de los locales al rededor (música) y en el hotel la gente hablando por los pasillos. Literalmente se escucha todo. Si eres de las personas que son sensibles al ruido a la hora de dormir… puedes este no es el ideal. Me he quedado en hoteles cercando a ese y tienen mejor calidad en ese aspecto. De lo demás, es un buen hotel y con precio accesible.

Excellent value, staff. location and the extra amenity of a parking space. My only complaint is that the staff is constantly talking very loud without regarding the guests who may be sleeping. This is especially problematic when you're staying at the lobby-level rooms.

I’d say location is a 5 star, staff was amazing. However, rooms were small, bathrooms were incredibly small. They only offered 2 towels per room, and when they did room service they washed and dried the towels and then gave them to us. We could spend 3-5 hours without towels.

Es mi primera experiencia donde la calificacion del Hotel no va acorde con lo obtenido es un hotel 3 estrellas no 4 estrellas como senalado.El ruido en el inerior del hotel es excesivo, ropa de cama y toallas aunque limpias necesitan remplazarse se perciben de mucho tiempo,la habitacion es limpia pero extremadamente sencilla no hay espejo el TV no funcionaba,el hotel no ofrece ningun tipo de seguridad solo un empleado en el counter y dos empleados de limpieza.Es una lastima que un Hotel con tan excelente ubicacion no pueda brindar una buena experiencia a sus huespedes. No deberia estar en las opciones de Expedia o reclasificar su categoria.
