Había visto malos comentaron sobre este hotel, que chinches en las camas, suciedad, que no daban toallas, etc. Pero en mi caso fue todo lo contrario, el cuarto estaba muy limpio, no olía mal, no había chinches ni cucarachas ni nada, si había toallas, el baño muy limpio, tenía amenidades como microondas, refrigerador y una mesa con sillas la verdad muy útil, el personal del hotel se mostro con toda la disponibilidad y amabilidad, me ayudaron con una petición extra sin problemas. Lo único "malo" que sería mas como un consejo a los administradores, sería poner unas cobijas delgadas para taparse, pero eso ya es a gustos de cada quien. Y una última cosa es que te piden el nip para pagar con tarjeta, pienso que la terminal no se puede de mover de su lugar y eso puede generar desconfianza. En lo personal volvería a hospedarme.

Hola, hay unos trenes que impiden visualizar el anuncio del hotel, les sugiero que el anuncio lo suban. También, no me gustó que la señora de recepción te pida tu tarjeta y se la quiera llevar y que uno le de el nip de seguridad, eso no se debe de hacer porque se presta a suspicacias y clonación de tarjetas.

No me agrado q la persona en recepción no fue cortes ni amable, incluso a pesar de registrarme a las 6 pm, solo atendió x ventanilla y para pagar tuve q darle mi nip de mi tarjeta, cosa que no m gusto, porq eso no se debe hacer. Y si no pagaba, me cobrarían la noche a mi tarjeta, así q tuve q hacer eso en contra de mi voluntad, de hecho creo q la sra. Estaba de mal humor porq fue muy grosera con otra señora y su hija q estaban antes de mi. No volveré ahí y tampoco lo recomiendo.

Beware roach motel

Roaches everywhere. Door had a opening at the bottom a inch tall. Towels were grey. Didn't have the room i reserved wanted to give me a refund instead of making it right.
