We love the location of playa mazatlan and its beach but the hotel is starting to look run down. We had the balcony ocean view room and although the view was great and the room in theory clean it was run down. There was mold on the walls & curtains. Staff as always were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff is very welcoming and courteous. They keep the grounds very clean. The gym is small but well equipped. The service was good along with the beach and hot tub. The Banda music got old especially if your room is next to the beach. Morning complimentary breakfast with ocean view was great. No Banda music in the morning.
